The villa was spotless and had everything you could want. The host met us when we arrived and showed us the basics (we arrived late at night) and was on hand to help in any way during our stay.Brian cleaned the pool every day and invited us into their home for a chat and give us advice about the area. The villa had a plentiful supply of leaflets and guide books about Cyprus which helped us plan our stay.All in all a great place to stay.

Little gem of a property in a beautiful location. Everything was as listed in the advert and we didn't need for anything. Great and prompt communication with the host.Lovely welcome pack with wine, milk, and beer.Comprehensive directions from the airport to the villa.Amazing pool, very clean and well maintained.Gorgeous garden.Great local amenities. Fantastic stay. Brian and Val were very gracious hosts even after we kept them up late struggling to locate the property and then lost the keys! ( We did find them again)Lovely welcome pack with dietary needs catered for. They went over and above for us, getting some extra shopping as we were arriving in Greek Orthadox Easter. Always happy to give recommendations on places to visit or eat. Our first stay in Cyprus, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Would love to come back, sometime.

Wow! Just wow!Brian and Val, and their wonderful little villa, really made our holiday. From the initial greeting and introduction to the accommodation, right through to the lovely farewell on our departure, everything was absolutely perfect and so personal.The villa itself is lovely and homely, with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing retreat. The gardens are beautifully and lovingly nurtured and are a wonderful place to laze in the sun. The pool and surrounding area are simply stunning — spotlessly clean and maintained by the hosts, with crystal-clear water kept at the perfect temperature. It really is a tranquil retreat.Being able to watch all the UK TV channels was a welcome bonus, and the supplied broadband was fast and very reliable.But what really made our holiday were the wonderful hosts. Brian and Val genuinely go above and beyond. They are always on hand if you need anything, yet never intrusive. Their advice on local beaches and restaurants was invaluable, and every recommendation was spot on. Lovely stay with great hosts

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely villa with a great pool and just a 20 minute drive to Pathos. The hosts Brian and Val are lovely people, close at hand, always helpful but never intrusive. The welcome pack was very good saved any need for immediate shopping and the home made jam was excellent so altogether highly recommended.

Perfect relaxing holiday

Ideal location. Brian and Val are great hosts and are there if you need anything, but dont intrude in any way. The starter pack is very good. Johnstone and Beth were fantastic guests who were very comfortable with the villa and surrounds. Since they had, in the past, owned a villa in Tsada for 18 years they knew their way around all of the tavernas in the area. Val and I would love to see them in the future.

If you are looking a romantic getaway, or time just to relax from work and life pressures, this is the perfect place.Everything included to make the villa a real home from home. Superb stay at Val and Brians Villa. Its equipped with everything you could possibly need, fantastic extra large pool is a real bonus if you like a good swim! Great welcome pack provided. Also, beautifully quiet area with lovely views. Villa was extremely comfortable and Brian and Val are so welcoming, on hand should you need anything throughout your stay while still being discreet. Fantastic second time round

Our second visit to this beautiful villa. Brian and Val greet you like old friends, very helpful. Take their recommendations for local places to eat, the micro brewery 5 minutes away is really good. Would recommend to anyone looking for peace and quite or close to Pahos if you prefer a bit more activity.

Absolute little haven

Wonderful gem of a place. All the home comforts in a beautiful setting and a magnificent pool area and fantastic views. The Oasis above Pathos

Our hosts Brian & Val were most welcoming, they made us feel like visiting family and we left with an appreciation of home made brandy sours.A splendid botanical garden, with its array of flowers & rustic foot paths.Indoor living is homely & comfortable where everything needed is provided. A little piece of heaven in the hills

This property was EXACTLY what we were looking for, only half an hour from the airport and same time down to the promenade at Paphos. Great views down towards the town. Spacious and well furnished, the villa had absolutely everything we needed for our time there, and the gardens are so beautiful and well kept, teeming with pollenators, insects and lizards. The pool is large and had warmed up nicely, maintained on a daily basis by the owners.Brian and Val are lovely people who try their very best to ensure their guests have the best stay possible. Near enough if there is a problem, but completely unobtrusive so as that guest privacy is maintained.We had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend this property.

Peacful and Tranquil

This was our 3rd stay at Brian and Val's villa and as per the times before it was superb , for us its a great location with restaurants within walking distance . The brewery just over the hill is a great place for a pizza and a pint (or 2) The Villa was very clean and tidy as usual with everything we needed . Brian and Val made some new recommendations for drinks / food (Suite 48) which were excellent with great view of Paphos harbour . Brian and Val are great hosts , they make you feel part of the family without been intrusive , all in all a great relaxing holiday and we will be back in 2018 - already booked for May .

Lovely stay in Tsada

Brian and Val were so friendly and welcoming, and the villa was perfect for a relaxing stay at the beginning of May. Perfect weather, except a little bit of rain on the last night! The property was very nice and well-equipped, but the highlight was the beautiful garden and pool. We almost wished we had spent more time just lazing around in the garden, but wanted to get out and explore the mountains and coast, which we really enjoyed. A quiet, tranquil location, but you can easily walk to two tavernas and a great wine bar in the village. Thanks so much for a lovely stay, we would wholeheartedly recommend the villa!

A tremendous location, wonderful hosts and stupendous accommodation and pool.

We loved our stay at Brian and Val’s Villa. The welcome pack of bread, butter, eggs , beer and wine was greatly appreciated. The salt water pool was so inviting and the ambience at the pool was so peaceful. The garden was highly developed and sprayed with wonderful colours. The accommodation was of a high quality and the property had many personal touches. We particularly loved the various mosaics dotted around the property lovingly made by Val. We love Tsada and recommend the cheese platters and local wines at Vin 36. A great relaxing week in wonderful surroundings!

Fabulous!

We had such a great holiday staying at Brian and Vals villa. From the moment we arrived it felt like a home from home, everything you could possibly need or want has been provided. The starter grocery pack was most welcome, saving us the need to go to the shops straight away. Brian and Val are close by if needed but never intrusive and they have amazing local knowledge with great tips for days out and places to eat etc. We loved it so much that we emailed Brian and Val to book next year before we’d even left the island on our last day!

Ideally located within about 30 mins of the airport, it’s the ideal location for either getting out and about or if you need a total switch off from life’s pressures. Whether you want to eat out or cater for yourself, there are plenty of choices within a short drive of Tsada, and there is certainly no shortage of options for places to go or things to see. Particular highlights are the sun terrace, the fantastic 15 meter pool and the sea views down the valley towards Paphos. For us it was the perfect holiday, made extra special by our fantastic hosts.

It was a pleasure for us to welcome Graham and Pamela to get reacquainted with Cyprus after an absence of 25 years. They were terrific guests, and we hope to see them again in the near future.

Tasda Villa Holiday

Jan and I had a lovely two weeks staying at Brian & Val Villa, they gave us a great welcome on arrival explaining all we needed to know about Villa and the local amenities The location is perfect with great views down the vally to Paphos. The Villa is set in lovely well kept gardens with a huge swimming pool which is well maintained by Brian.The village of Tasda has a couple great traditional Taverna's well worth a visit also there are local shops supplying all your needs. If your looking for a relaxing holiday with great hosts this is the ideal place to go to.Once again thanks to Brian and Val for making us feel very welcome, we would definitely think of going back again. Allan and Jan were perfect guests, and were reacquainting themselves with Cyprus after living here with the RAF for some time more than forty years ago. Jan was extremely proud of herself, as she improved her swimming ability many fold. We would love to welcome them again sometime in the future.
