Dieses geräumige Stadthaus bei # 40 Ocean Breeze im South Forest Beach Bereich hat eine spektakuläre Lage. Es grenzt an die Strände des Atlantischen Ozeans, sowie an die Van der Meer Tennis University, das Spinnaker Fitness Center und die Geschäfte und Restaurants von Coligny Plaza. Unser Stadthaus ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

Die Strände des Atlantischen Ozeans sind nur einen Blockweg im Osten. Der harte weiße Sand ist ideal zum Strandkämmen, Joggen, Hundewanderungen, Volleyball, Paddelball und Burgen im Sand.

Ob Sie auf der Suche nach einem Ort in der Nähe des Strandes, eine ruhige tropische Umgebung zum Ausruhen oder eine hohe Energie / hohe Aktivität Urlaub, unser Stadthaus kann alles bieten. Es gibt viele Aktivitäten zur Auswahl. Doch diese luxuriöse Privatresidenz bietet eine Menge Gelegenheit für ruhige Entspannung.

Diese Drei-Zimmer-Drei-Bad, private Residenz ist geschmackvoll in einem tropischen Dekor eingerichtet. Im ersten Stock gibt es einen Wohnbereich und eine Küche mit Bar-Höhe Küchentisch und Hocker. Es gibt auch eine separate Essküche, eine Waschküche und ein großes TV-Entertainment-Center. Draußen, inmitten einer subtropischen Umgebung, bietet dieses geräumige Stadthaus eine private Terrasse mit Stühlen und einem elektrischen Grill.

Jede Schlafzimmer-Suite hat ein eigenes Badezimmer. Der Obergeschoss Master hat ein Kingsize-Bett und der im Obergeschoss Master hat ein Kingsize-Bett. Das zweite Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten und Matratzen, die in ein King-Size-Bett umgewandelt werden können. Alle Schlafzimmer haben Kabel-TV. Es gibt Bettwäsche und Handtücher in allen Schlafzimmern. Das zweistöckige Stadthausdesign sorgt dafür, dass niemand über Ihnen schläft - um einen ruhigen Abend zu garantieren.

Management company was a nightmare to deal with. Professionalism and communication was just awful. We will not stay with this company again.

Throughout your stay, our team responded to your communications and, at checkout, you indicated that everyone was safe and that you had enjoyed your stay. We were glad to hear that at the time. The primary issue following your departure involved irreparable damage to the property's electric grill. The grill is clearly marked as an electric appliance, with multiple posted instructions explaining its proper use. Our inspection determined that charcoal had been used in the electric grill, causing a fire that required a response from the local fire department, who agreed with our assessment. Because the grill had to be replaced, you were charged for the replacement cost in accordance with the rental agreement, which states that renters are financially responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay. Additionally, the property's gate passes were not returned at checkout despite posted instructions stating that passes must remain in the unit and that replacement fees may apply if they are not returned. Rather than immediately charging for the missing passes, we provided an opportunity for them to be mailed back as a courtesy. While we understand that disagreements regarding damage charges can be frustrating, the charges were the result of documented property damage and missing property, and were handled in accordance with the property's policies and the terms of the signed rental agreement. We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best in your future travels.

Sister's Family Vacation

Two sisters with husbands and two children each--stayed here very comfortably. Nice pool, good location to beach, beach chairs etc in closet--very appreciated. Would recommend to families.

Happy to Be Back!

This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed in this unit during the Summer of 2019. I love that I am able to bring my dogs and still be in a cozy unit in a nice neighborhood where I feel safe coming and going at all hours. We will definitely be back!

Property could use a good cleaning and updating but overall it met our needs for a great vacation. Parking was a little tight. Walk to the beach was longer than stated but bike ride only took 5 minutes.

Everything was great except beds were not comfortable, the fridge went out. Door was messed up. But I called and they brought out a little fridge for us and fixed the door in a timely manner. It is not a great area. Other than the beds and the small tv Everything was great. I like to lay in bed and watch tv but the tv was so small i couldn't. If I knew that they fixed the beds, I would stay again.

Beautiful HHI rental!

40 Ocean Breeze was perfect for our family of six. The place is beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. The upstairs bedrooms and baths are fabulous. The downstairs bathroom is a bit small but functional. The owners have provided all of the beach necessities. Parking is a little tight. Our only recommendation for the property was would be to improve the signage on the units and add more lighting for guests arriving after dark. We will definitely stay here again!

It can certainly be a bit of a struggle when arriving after dark! Beyond that, it's always great to hear that our renters had a fun time on the island and used the extra beach amenities provided. Our stay at 40 ocean breeze

Our family stayed at 40 Ocean breeze and we had a great time. We had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It was just right for our group of seven. The kitchen was great for when we cooked at home. It had everything we needed. The pool was nearby and it was a short walk to the beach. We used the 4 bikes provided almost every day. It also came with 4 beach chairs but we did not use them. The condo was very clean and tidy. We liked the condo and we really liked Hilton Head island.

Beautiful Island Stay

4th of July vacation

Overall the property was quaint. It could use some upgrades, but was just like any other beach rental. The second floor shower did not work. The beds and pillows in each room needs updating. The downstairs bedroom door does not lock for privacy and the blinds need replacing as it had missing pieces. The pullout sofa bed was really dirty. All of the beds in each room had dirt under them. The next door unit is undergoing repairs and the noise began early each day throughout our stay. Our family would stay again if some uodates were made and the cleaning was updated. The walk to the beach and pool was nice and not long at all, just make sure you have a rolling cart for all your items needed. While I did list a few negatives, we had a great vacation.

Great location; unit needs some upgrades.

Let me start by saying that we absolutely love Hilton Head! The location of this townhouse is perfect. Right in the middle of everything. I will say that the 3 bathroom upgrades were done very nicely. The new living room furniture was well chosen and comfortable. Now for the bad news: the kitchen needs a lot more than just a facelift. The cabinets are old and pretty damaged, the icemaker is inoperable, the stove came apart during our stay and, it’s an understatement if I say that there is an excessive amount of items in the kitchen cabinets (67 coffee cups - no joke). We did speak to the property management team, Island Rentals, and they could not have been any more accommodating. Jay, especially was an absolute rockstar!! We had an issue with the bed in the master bedroom and they did all that they were permitted to do by the owner, swapped mattresses. If you are only staying for a week, you might be able to look past a few of these things, but when it’s an extended stay, a difficult mattress is really hard to put up with. We even purchased an 100 mattress pad in an effort to help the situation. All in all, we love the development and will return…. likely just renting another unit.

The mattress game is a fickle one when purchasing for vacation rentals, but I totally understand the inconvenience of not having what you prefer for a longer stay. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My experience with island Rentals of HH was excellent. They are very responsive and there were a few issues they had to respond. Sink clogged that needed their attention. They were there promptly Unit is in pretty good shape overall. But kitchen pots and pans are not useable.. scarred rusted Teflon. Every available cabinet is filled with glasses, dishes etc.. no place open for food storage. I actually went to home goods and purchased 3 pans to be used. Complex was undergoing painting. Windows were painted shut so I went and spoke to painters who came over and used their knife to unseal them. Lagoon needs “ work”. Lawn furniture, umbrellas, debris floating around. So that was less than attractive. Location is convenient though.

Thank you for your feedback, we will look at the pots and pans to make sure that they get replaced if necessary. There is a pantry directly off of the kitchen with lots of shelving for food storage, so I don't understand that issue. The issues with the Lagoon have been sent to the Community Management company. We aim to keep our units in top condition. We are glad that we were able to resolve these minor issues so quickly and that you liked the unit so much that you re-booked it for next year!
