Beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath villa (first-floor bedroom and bath) on the 11-mile lagoon in Palmetto Dunes. Close to the Dunes House with a beachside restaurant and bar. The General Store is just around the corner, they have a great reputation for breakfast and fried chicken for lunch. Take advantage of the Dunes Buggy, a shuttle service that will deliver you to the shops and restaurants of Shelter Cove in season.

The villa has just been updated and features an open floorplan with all-new flooring, lighting/ceiling fans, vanities, ungraded trim, kitchen features, and upgraded baths. New dining room table that seats 8 along with new living room furniture to relax in after a long day of adventures. The exterior has a two-level deck that sits right on the 11-mile lagoon, great for viewing birds and other wildlife. The kitchen is well provisioned for family gatherings.

The beach and the Dunes House are just 5 minutes (400 yards) from the villa. You can also relax in the large pool area for swimming and sunning. Palmetto Dunes has 2 championship golf courses, a large tennis complex, and world-class pickleball facilities.
