Guests enter Island Getaway by following the sidewalk from the driveway to the front door of this home. All of the rooms in this home are on the same level. Once you enter the front door, you will find the dining area, living room, kitchen, family room, laundry room and half bathroom. The master suite, second master suite, guest bedroom and hallway bathroom are located off of the living room.
PETS CONSIDERED, PET FEES MAY APPLY, PLEASE INQUIRE. Cats are NOT permitted.
NO SMOKING. Tenant must be 25 years old. Reservations made for younger individuals will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the home at ALL times. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability.
