Beautiful Renovated Island House Villa. Less then 10 minute walk to the beach!

Welcome to “Family Footprints” at Island House Villa in South Forest Beach where you are just a ~10 minute walk to the beautiful beaches of Hilton Head Island. Included in our pictures is a layout of the floor plan. This is a 1 story flat on the second floor and has been completely renovated as of Dec 2020.
The family room is equipped with a fan, big screen TV and DVD player as is each bedroom but with smaller-sized TVs.
The Master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and its own master bath with a walk in shower.
The Guest room has a full bed and a twin bed that can accommodate up to three guests comfortably.
The second bath is adjacent to the bedroom. We have a pack and play and a travel high chair for babies/toddlers. ***Please provide a fitted sheet or blanket.
The dining area offers plenty of seating and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your long or short term stay. All new stainless-steel kitchen appliances in the kitchen, as well as a full sized washer and dryer. There's a full-sized coffee maker and a Keurig.
We’ve provided books and games to pass your time away while relaxing at the villa. The unit includes WiFi. Relax and feel at home as it overlooks the pool common area with a soothing nautical feel throughout the unit.
Island House Management/HOA allows ONE dog per a villa. ***We will consider 1 dog only and request that you bring a bed for them to rest so that we can keep the villa furniture clean for all guests. :-). This is NON NEGOTIABLE. For long term guests, a monthly pet fee will be applicable. We do not allow cats due to severe allergies in our household.
We have 2 villas in the Island House Complex, so If you have plans to come with another family or your week is unavailable, please reference the
VRBO ID 866253. Both are located in the Island House complex on the second floor with no one above.
The Island House complex is in the heart of Hilton Head Island with many conveniences within walking distance. Along with a short walk to the beach is a 5-minute walk across the street to the grocery store located in a plaza with multiple dining and shopping options. Also, Coligny Plaza (Great Atmosphere) is a short bike ride away or 10-15-minute walk. At Coligny, you can find an assortment of shops and dining areas along with ice cream and souvenir shops. There's also "golf-cart" services that frequently drive in the area that work on tip only.
Also, just opened in December 2020, is the beautifully anticipated, Celebration Park! The island anticipates full use (full gathering, COVID-pending) by Spring of 2021 and its only a 5 minute walk from our villa. Hilton Head Island offers so much for outdoor living. There's an abundance of bike trails, plenty of golfing, tennis, fishing, and beaches that will interest everyone.
Around the corner, located on property of the villa is a large spacious pool with plenty of lounge chairs and a bath house for you and all your guests to enjoy. The Van Der Meer Tennis facility is just steps away for the avid tennis player (They offer lessons and clinics).
The gorgeous shores of Hilton Head are just a short walk. Biking is one of our favorite family activities. Bring your own bike or rental locally from across the way. Bikes can be delivered right to your doorstep and the property has plenty of bike racks for you to use. Miles of trails will bring you hours of sightseeing and exercise throughout your stay. The island provides plenty of activities ranging from marine tours, aquatic adventures, fishing, golfing at its finest, shopping and fine dining for all. Don’t forget those days’ trips off the island. Hilton Head Island is less than an hour away from the nostalgic areas of Savanah, GA and Charleston, SC. There’s also plenty of putt-putt for all ages. There’s plenty of live entertainment & events, ice cream & candy shops, endless restaurants and cafes to choose from. The Splash Pad will make any kid’s day at the boardwalk! It leads to the public beaches with a beautiful walkway, bath houses, and rocker swings. It’s all about location and Island House is the perfect location, so conveniently located near everything!
