Willkommen bei Cocoplum # 3! Erleben Sie die Ruhe dieses Erdgeschosses Ocean Front Unit. Eines der besten Eigenschaften ist der freie Blick auf den Strand und das Karibische Meer von Ihrem Patio Diese wunderschön eingerichtete (2) Schlafzimmer / (2) Bad Einheit hat alle Annehmlichkeiten, um Ihren Urlaub unvergesslich machen. Es gibt ein Kingsize-Bett im Schlafzimmer und 2 Zwillinge im Zimmer. Die Kondominium wurde vor kurzem renoviert. Die neue Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Kochutensilien, Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck bestückt. Das Wohnzimmer hat einen großen Fernseher, mit einem 32 'LCD-TV im Schlafzimmer. Für Ihre Bequemlichkeit gibt es eine Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Einheit mit viel Leinen und Strandtücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Eine Mitte der Woche Reinigung wird die Wohnung auffrischen!
Öffne deine Tür und du bist nur wenige Schritte vom Strand und dem Karibischen Meer entfernt! Es gibt einen pulvrigen weißen Sandstrand mit ausgezeichnetem Schnorcheln direkt am Strand. Das Wrack der Gamma ist ein kurzes Schwimmen aus der Wohnung. Dort finden Sie eine Fülle von Seeleben! Sie können zu einer Vielzahl von Restaurants, die jeden Geschmack und Budget zu befriedigen. Einkaufen ist ein sehr kurzer Spaziergang von der Wohnung. Wir können sogar für Ihre Lebensmittel in der Wohnung vor Ihrer Ankunft gelagert werden. We had the most amazing time staying here. Check in was painless. They gave us the code before we arrived. Our week there was amazing. It felt like we were living there, not just visiting. The condo has everything you will need minus fresh food. Having a washer and dryer was a godsend. The snorkeling out front was unreal! My ai told me after I told it everything that I saw while snorkeling that this section of beach is one of the most biodiverse spots on the entire island. We could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much!

Perfect location, close enough to 7mile without being right in the busy mix. The condo was even better than the pictures, with enough necessities there for our entire duration. Beach chairs were provided so we could go to other beaches even. Communication was excellent, with a lot of communication and suggestions before you check in and then even while you are there. Would definitely recommend Cocoplum to anyone coming to stay on the island!

This property was a perfect location! Not only was the condo super clean but we enjoyed being able to walk/run to Caymana Bay plus many other places. The condo was well stocked with supplies unlike in the US where you have to buy your own paper towels etc... Love the property and will come back..

Excellent week on Grand Cayman!

Cocoplum condo is a very nice place in a quiet, yet convenient area of 7 Mile Beach... It was a good base of operations for our recent vacation. Furnishings are basic but comfortable & you can snorkel right in front of complex! Property managers were quick to respond to questions. We really enjoyed our trip!

Well Located Quiet Oasis

The condo was well outfitted, comfortable and welcoming. Views of the pool and Caribbean. Low key and quiet. Not for parties or rowdy vacationers. A perfect spot to unwind, swim, snorkel and yet close to everything. A return visit is a definite.

Beautiful property and views!

The views from the porch are spectacular, great sunsets and it's just steps to the pool and beach. The beach is rocky but there are chairs right on the edge of the sand by the pool. The property manager was very attentive, accessible and helpful. The condo is a bit dated but very clean, comfortable and had everything needed. It is very well priced for its amenities and water front location. We did not rent a car but between walking and taxi's had no trouble getting to groceries, restaurants ( truly great options on this island) and activities. We had a lovely time and would definitely stay here again!

Just loved this peaceful area of 7 mile beach. The grounds were like a private backyard with privacy, a patio to read, and never more than 7 people at the pool area! Great snorkeling near the small boat wreck close off shore. Close to a beautiful supermarket. Comfortable mattresses, well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and management very responsive to an A/C issue we had. Could not have relaxed and enjoyed ourselves more! We would definitely book again!

PERFECT accommodations for a perfect island

We just returned from a five night stay and our first visit to Grand Cayman. The property was perfect, well equipped with everything we needed, comfortable beds, amazing view and nice beach. It is conveniently located near the airport and quiet. My teens loved snorkeling the shipwreck and my sea glass beach combing need was perfectly fulfilled by the serene location. We liked that it was a bit out of the way from the big resorts and there weren't people everywhere. Groceries were nearby. Great value and highly recommend Cocoplum #3

Great location, quiet, clean condo. Right on the beach

We really enjoyed everything about this condo. Which has everything one needs. View, and the beach is stunning!! Clean and very quiet ! Very near the restaurants snd a Whole Foods like shopping . Near the Georgetown where we bought fresh Snapper from the fisherman directly Great sunsets!! Calm sea , excellent for snorkeling and swimming Too bad we only stayed 5 nights We will certainly go back and stay longer. Charming decoration which really makes you feel warm and at home !!

Perfect!

This was our first trip to Grand Cayman and our stay at Coco Plum was perfect! We have two boys (10 and 11) who love to snorkel and the snorkeling in front of Coco Plum was one of our favorite places on the island. Each morning we would sit on the patio and look over the beautiful water and some mornings we would watch the ships come in. The entire process was so simple and the accommodations were even better than we had hoped for. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay on our perfect vacation. Thank you!!!

Beautiful and Amazing!

The location is perfect with a private beach, great snorkeling right out front including a ship wreck! The condo was very clean, well stocked kitchen, and comfy beds. Walking distance to many stores and restaurants. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, beach towels, and two beach chairs stocked in the condo. Sunsets were out of this world! The pool was a little warm for our liking but it was clean and enjoyable. Plenty of loungers, chairs, and tables. Pam was quick to answer any questions! Would definitely recommend and we would love to stay here again!
