Diese spektakuläre Wohnanlage am Strand befindet sich am ruhigeren Ende des berühmten Seven Mile Beach im Discovery Point Club.

Unsere kürzlich renovierte Nichtraucherwohnung im zweiten Stock ist Ihr Urlaubsparadies! Das kristallklare türkisfarbene Wasser, der unberührte Sandstrand, der Pool und der Whirlpool, das fantastische Schnorcheln und die dramatischen Sonnenuntergänge sind alle von der Couch im Wohnzimmer aus zu sehen und nur wenige Schritte vom abgeschirmten Balkon entfernt, von dem aus Sie eine atemberaubende Aussicht genießen können.

Die Küche wurde vor kurzem mit Granit und Edelstahlgeräten umgebaut. Es ist voll ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie brauchen und mehr.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit eigenem Bad und begehbarer Dusche. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat auch ein komplettes Bad / Dusche und Badewanne, 2 Einzelbetten (mit der Option, in ein Kingsize-Bett umgewandelt zu werden).

Das Wohnzimmer im karibischen Stil verfügt über ein Queensize-Schlafsofa sowie ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten und bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf das karibische Meer. Das Kunstwerk zeigt das Unterwasserleben der Korallenriffe auf den Cayman Islands von bekannten lokalen Künstlern.

Zu den hauseigenen Annehmlichkeiten zählen eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner, ein Geschirrspüler, ein Flachbildfernseher mit Kabelanschluss, ein DVD-Player, ein Haartrockner, ein Wecker, ein Telefon für Ortsgespräche und kostenfreies WLAN.

Frische Bettwäsche und Strandtücher werden bereitgestellt und der Reinigungsservice erfolgt täglich, außer an Sonn- und Feiertagen, ohne Aufpreis. Ferngespräche können im Büro kostenlos geführt werden.

Es ist für jeden etwas dabei, ob Sie sich gerne unter eine Strohhütte zurücklehnen und ein Buch lesen oder im Unterwasserwunderland zwischen den wunderschönen Korallenriffen schnorcheln - alles im Hinterhof Ihrer Wohnung!

Wir haben einen Whirlpool und 2 Tennisplätze, einen schönen Pool am Meer mit Tischen zum Essen und einen Grill im Vordergrund für Ihre Abendessen am Meer mit der besten Aussicht!

Etwa eine Meile weiter befindet sich ein großes, modernes Lebensmittelgeschäft. Wenn Sie 15 bis 20 Minuten zu Fuß unterwegs sind, können Sie im Cocolobo im Seafire Resort (& Wassersport), im Calico Jacks, im Boggy Sands Diner und im Freien essen! Eine große Auswahl an Restaurants erreichen Sie nach einer kurzen Fahrt mit dem Bus oder Taxi.

Und wenn Sie die Kaimaninseln zum weltberühmten Tauchen besuchen, befindet sich hinter dem Büro eine Spül- / Trocknungsstation.

In der Nähe gibt es Reiten am Strand, jede Menge Schnorcheln, Tauchen, Parasailing, Schwimmen mit Delfinen und ein MUSS. Besuchen Sie die weltberühmte Rochenstadt oder die einzige Schildkrötenfarm der Welt! Sie können blaue Leguane in den Queens Botanical Gardens sehen oder einfach am Pool sitzen und die Wärme der karibischen Sonne genießen.

What a wonderful getaway we had in this beautiful paradise. Everything we needed in a perfect location. Lots of nice restaurants nearby and fun activities. The beach and pool were exquisite. Wonderful week in paradise!

This rental is amazing and was exactly what our family was looking for. We enjoyed the quiet of discovery point, easy access to the beach, and time on the balcony. Dinner at Casanova & lunch at Kimpton were our favorite meals. We also really enjoyed the turtle center & an excursion to sting ray city where we also stopped to look at starfish. Cayman is a magical place and we can’t wait to return.

A great place to stay!!!

We checked in a little early and the condo was ready! Clean, nicely furnished and a well stocked kitchen. The view is absolutely beautiful! We truly enjoyed our stay in this unit and would stay again. The staff onsite were very friendly and extremely helpful. I honestly cannot think of a single negative. Everything was great!!

Beautiful spot. Condo is as advertised. Probably undersold the quality of the beach and water, walkability of beach, snorkeling and overall experience. Staff at the complex is friendly, competent and helpful. Owner was responsive and helpful. We will definitely return.

Great week!

Our family had a wonderful week staying in Discovery Point #14. The accommodations were perfect for our family of five. Our boys, age 13, 20, and 23 loved how close we were to the beach, and all the amenities of tennis courts, basketball courts, and swimming pool. The daily housekeeping kept the place clean with fresh towels everyday. Grocery shopping was less than 5 minutes away and we always had plenty of places to go out to eat. We would highly recommend renting this unit!

This was our second trip to Grand Cayman but our first at Discovery Point. Everything about our experience was top notch. The owner was very accommodating and made great recommendations. The location is great. Quiet and private but so convenient to restaurants, shopping etc. The staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful. The unit has a spectacular view. It is decorated nicely and is very well appointed with everything you need for a relaxing wonderful vacation. I highly recommend.

Beautiful condo right on the beach

Everything you need to feel at home away from home! Gorgeous view from the screened-in porch. Comfy beds and sofa bed. Clean rooms! Showers were clean and had good pressure. Working appliances and plenty of kitchenware for our family of 5. Dishwasher and washer/dryer were extremely handy to have! Everything described in listing was 100% accurate. Only thing we noticed were the vents in the hallway bathroom and in the kitchen could use some cleaning. Would definitely stay here again!!!!

Beautiful Beach Getaway

The condo is very nice with a beautiful ocean front view. You can hear the waves crashing and enjoy drinks on the balcony overlooking the beach. Very quiet and tranquil! The grocery and liquor store is a short 10min walk down West Bay Road, or you can flag down a bus for only $2 USD. Avoid Taxi's and get a rental car if needed or you'll spend $40 USD to go anywhere. There are many great restaurants within a 10 min drive, you won't run out of options. Make sure to book a charter boat to take you to Stingray City; it's an absolute brain overload of awe!

Condo was on the northern side of seven mile beach. Lovely condo with all the basic needs covered. Received a fruit basket upon arrival after checking in at managers office. Had to stand in the rain and wait for someone to come to the door though, as it was locked and had to push a “paging” button located next to the door and wait for someone to answer. Condo was well furnished on the second floor with a small tub of water to wash sandy feet in, before entering the condo. Salt and pepper was all the seasonings in the pantry along with plenty of coffee filters. Air conditioning worked great in the condo except…. The master bedroom. The air comes out of the register in the master but it isn’t enough to cool down the bedroom unless you turn the temp on the thermostat way down. But it makes all the other spaces almost too cold. The beach is great and has plenty of coral and rocks to snorkel right off the beach. Plenty of chairs/ cabanas to use as well. Good Wi-Fi signal too.

Discovery Point Little Paradise

Our family of 4 ( my husband & I, my mother and our son) arrived at Discovery Point #14 after a very long day of travel from Vancouver ,Canada. We were very happy with the condo which was fully stocked with everything we needed. Right down to laundry soap, laundry bags for delicates (I mean they have everything), every cooking utensil . Their is a water filter system in the fridge for fresh water. Loved the ocean view, steps away from the beach where you can walk for miles. This was our first trip to the Grand Cayman and we were so very impressed with DP and the staff, cleanliness of our unit and the grounds were beautiful. Recommend DP #14 for you Grand Cayman vacay.

Perfect condo on a beautiful, quiet beach

My family (wife, 3 year old and 6 month old) stayed at this beautiful condo for a week in early February 2015. I was looking for a modern/clean 2 bedroom condo that was beach front, not crowded, and family friendly. Discovery Point Club 14 was perfect. The condo is modern, clean and well-constructed, and very comfortable for a family with kids. We ate breakfast on the patio every morning, which was lovely. The cleaning staff were amazing and kept the condo immaculate. The beach was stunning-- white sands, clear water, and amazing snorkeling. While portions of the water are rocky (good for the snorkeling), there are sandy-bottomed entry spots which were perfect for taking the kids in to play. Best of all, the beach was not crowded and we could always get the umbrella or hut that we wanted-- it was rare to see anyone leave things overnight to claim a spot, or leave them in the morning to keep a spot reserved. We took a boat ride departing at the Westin resort one evening, and I was relieved we weren't staying at a big, crowded resort. We rented a car and were able to explore the island and go for quick lunches in nearby West Bay, as well as dinners throughout the island, all of which were excellent and not a long drive away. Shari was very helpful in answering my questions before our arrival and making suggestions on things to do with our young children. We had a wonderful time and would love to stay here again!

Loved Discovery Pointe

This 2nd story unit overlooked the ocean and the view was breathtaking from the screened in patio or the beach. There were plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach for everyone. Great snorkeling on-site. The unit had everything we needed including a large basket with snorkeling equipment for guests. The pullout sofa had a very comfortable mattresses. We didn’t rent a car but had fun riding the busses or taking taxis. I would recommend a rental car if you’re comfortable driving on the left side of the street and navigating roundabouts in traffic congestion. I highly recommend a sunset cruise with Red Sail sports and dinner at the Cracked Conch.

Great location on 7MB-needs some “refreshing”

Great location! Great beachfront! Great snorkeling right there! Unit was not luxurious but was adequate for 4 adults. Knives and nonstick sauté pans and knives need replacing. The knives were so dull and had lots of rusting. The mini food processor was broken which we reported to the property manager. The blender was too small We would have cooked more if the kitchen was outfitted better. Also the grill area was under construction and grills looked dirty and old. Maid service and replenishment of towels was great. Beware of bug bites. My daughter and I got eaten up the first night looking at the pool area. If you are outside at dusk or after, or eating on a patio area at a restaurant (which we did several times) slather on bug repellent. We still got bitten but not as bad as the first night. We never used the pool, just minimal use of the hot tub. Many of the hot tub intakes for the jets leaked so maybe that caused the bug problem with standing water? One other recommendation-get a smart tv in the living area. Yes, I know it’s the beach, and we never touched the TVs in bedrooms as we aren’t big tv people, but it’s still nice to be able to watch a movie occasionally at night while escaping the bugs.

After 15yrs of vacationing in Grand Cayman, we finally decided to make it our "home away from home" and own our little piece of paradise!

We had so many relaxing vacations watching our boys play in the sand and frolic in the gorgeous blue sea. We always loved driving around and exploring the island with its gorgeous scenery, beaches, great eating spots and fabulous snorkeling!

We always felt so safe and comfortable that we decided there was no need for us to visit any other islands, Cayman was the place for us!

Whether you are relaxing inside or on the balcony you will enjoy the stunning ocean views. You can take morning walks on the beach, snorkel gorgeous coral reefs in your own backyard and watch tropical sunsets from the balcony while sipping a Pina Colada!!

You will find our unit fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to enjoy your vacation in paradise

Bringing kids? We have lots of sand toys, games and videos to keep them happy. The pool is beautiful and there are tables/umbrellas to enjoy a family meal together. We also have BBQ's in the front of the building for you to use.

Not renting a car? All excursions will pick you up and drop you back. Many restaurants deliver and the bus is an air-conditioned minivan for $3.00pp and will stop right in front of the condo. Taxi's are always available but more costly.

We have a washer/dryer right inside the condo so you don't need to over pack!
