Erleben Sie Ruhe, wenn Sie diese Erdgeschossfronteinheit betreten. Genießen Sie die karibischen Freizeitmöbel in dieser 2-Zimmer-Wohnung mit 2 Bädern. Dies hat alle Annehmlichkeiten, um Ihren Urlaub komfortabel und angenehm zu gestalten.

Es gibt ein Kingsize-Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer und 2 Einzelbetten im Gästezimmer. Die Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Kochutensilien, Geschirr, Glaswaren und Besteck ausgestattet. Very convenient near airport, town, grocery and a cool shipwreck for snorkeling is a two minute walk. Nice to have parking. Setup perfect for a family with king bed and two twins. Management was very responsive to the few issues we encountered. Well equipped unit had some beach chairs (4), tennis rackets (2), pool noodles, spices, blender, beach towels, etc. had a nice stay.

Very nice stay

Furnishings are a little “lost in the 90’s”, but overall more than adequate. Perfect location with great views and the beach is right there. Walking distance to numerous restaurants.

Great vacation

Diving, a little tennis and relaxation!

This place is clean and quiet - within walking distance of several great restaurants. A short drive to grocery stores and the airport. We experienced some of the best snorkeling right off the beach in front of these condos. We will definitely stay here again!

Outstanding!

Everything about this place was as advertised. Plenty of space for 2 -4 people. Just steps to the pool/sea. Within easy walking distance to a handful of restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pot, pans and utensils, and everything functions as expected. Faced West, providing awesome sunsets!

Perfect location

Cocoplum was just as nice if not better than the fancy resorts! The beach was great. We snorkeled around the shipwreck and saw the widest variety of fish. The place couldn’t have been any better. Close to shops, restaurants, dive shop (to rent snorkels and masks). They had all we need to cook several meals. Loved it! We will try to stay here again.

Wonderful home base

We’ve stayed in various rental properties on Cayman over our 15 years coming here, and this location was perfect. The condo is as advertised, the pool and beach snorkeling were great, and it was convenient to so many amenities. This condo was by far the best stocked with necessities - like toilet paper, paper towel, shampoo/conditioner, hand soap, dishwasher pods and laundry soap. We appreciated that so much! Would stay again for sure, and recommend this condo to anyone.

Relaxing Location

Great location and close to everything. The Kitchen is a short walk and has fabulous food. Coconut Joes has the best pina colada on the island. Get the Kings. The resort is a relaxed place without a lot of people. We did not fight for chairs and the pool was pretty empty. Snorkeling right off the property was really good. The only complaint was that the people upstairs were very heavy footed so stay on the 2nd floor.

Great snorkeling

While not on the sandy part of Seven Mile beach from the pictures and postcards most think of, the location is within 1000 steps of that beach. The beach in front of the condo has a sandy area for swimming, but most important to us was the easy access to great rock and coral reefs for snorkeling. The sister property has a ladder for easily slipping into the crystal clear water teeming with lots of fish. The condo itself was nicely appointed with everything we needed and is within walking distance to the grocery store, liquor store and a variety of restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.
