My family and I have stayed on Seven Mile Beach a few times and this condo is a great choice! The location was fantastic and we couldn't ask for a better view. The sunsets from the couch were priceless. Very well equipped, great location, comfortable beds and extremely clean. Definitely will stay there again!!

Everything you could need and more, then add some more. Snorkelling, beach, amenities and so forth. Location was great, just a little ways from Georgetown shopping, Eden Rock-snorkelling, which was excellent at the condo too. Cementary Beach is close, saw the turtles at Spotts beach and stingrays. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Great place.

Perfect for work or relaxation

I work in Cayman and the condo was perfectly located. It was extremely well stocked and organized and served us well. For those vacationing it had two pools and although not a great beach the access to the water is wonderful.

I have been to Grand Cayman at least 12 times and this is the nicest condo complex I have stayed in. The owner and the property manager were very easy going with quick communication. The overall property and pool, along with the two bedroom unit, are meticulously maintained. Staff is very friendly. View from the pool and the condo's outdoor space was beautiful. The inside of the condo is very quiet. The complex is in the perfect location for walk-ability. Beach chairs on the water were a huge benefit and mostly occupied by 8:30am.

Great Property

We had plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 kids. The house had everything we needed for the week. Conveniently close to grocery stores and restaurants. Owner supplies beach towels, beach toys, and snorkeling equipment. Snorkeling out front around man made reef was great!

Amazing stay

The staff was very friendly and spent the time to walk us through the condo. First thing you noticed was how clean the entire condo was! The design was modern with tons of upgrades. The resort was well maintained, quiet, and kid friendly! There were also tons of restaurants, a great coffee shop, and small convenient store in a short walking distance. I highly recommend this place, island, and this beach!!!!!

Amazing Place

Everything was newly remodeled. The room was outfitted with everything you’ll need. Beach towels and coolers for the beach. The view was great. Would recommend to anybody that asked.

Wonderful Unit!

The owners have a beautiful, comfortable unit. They put thought into making sure that they have a great offering of beach toys, floats, chairs, etc. the beds are comfortable, the linens were soft and not scratchy. Everything was wonderful! We will definately be back!

Amazing condo

We’ve been to GC numerous times and this is our 4th stay at Regal Beach. This by far is the best condo we’ve stayed in! Tasteful decor, clean, and so so many extras, including beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear. Etc. The chairs & umbrellas were great to have since there’s not much beach in front of the resort anymore. We just carried them down a bit & set up for the day!

Wonderful apartment on Seven Mile Beach

Positives: - wonderful apartment and nicely decorated - had all amenities that you could wish for (hair dryer, beach towels, kitchen utensils, etc) - really close to nice restaurants and Camana Bay Negatives (however, there is nothing the owner can do about it) - no more beach due to all the erosion - however, there are amazing beaches 5 mins drive away - every morning we were woken up by the deliveries to the Marriott hotel

Comfortable property and fabulous location

We enjoyed our stay at Regal Beach #234. The unit is well kept and clean, though not the most modern. It was perfectly located on 7 Mile Beach and the property has 2 lovely pools and a great beach. The only negative was that there were not enough chairs or umbrellas for the number of people staying at Regal Beach, so we had to go out the night before to place towels on the chairs in order to ensure that we had a spot. It was a minor inconvenience and was worth it once we were on the exquisite beach.

The unit was recently purchased, and the new owners are planning to renovate and upgrade the unit as soon as it is avialable! It is a popular unit and is booked throughout the entire winter season, so the renovations have been scheduled for July and August! During this time of year the Regal Beach Club is always fully booked, and the Strata Committee are aware of the beach chair problem. More chairs have been ordered and hopefully they will arrive at the end of this month. We look forward to welcoming you back for another vacation in the near future. Best VRBO I ever stayed in!

The condo is beautiful, spotless and the owner is very detailed on the check-in process and labeled all the cabinet doors in the kitchen- Love that! Nothing worse when you are cooking on vacation, and you can’t find anything. There is everything in the kitchen you need from pepper to cooking spray. Both showers have dispensers filled with shampoo, conditioner, and shower soap. Love everything about this place. If I return to the Cayman Islands, I'll stay here again. It is the best VRBO that I have ever stayed in, and I've stayed in a bunch. Jim

All ran smoothly from leaving the airport and checking into our Regal Beach Club condo.

Regal Beach Club is a beautiful property. Our condo was amazing and well stocked with respect to the kitchen, bedding/ extra pillows & blankets in addition to a fully stocked closet with all kinds of beach and snorkel gear. We had plenty of beach towels, towel clips, travel cups, a cooler, etc. After speaking with many people also staying at the resort, we learned that we definitely had one of the better stocked units. In addition, there were no hidden surprises and all ran very well. There were no issues with this very beautiful layout and decorated condo itself, with only a very minor exception of the dryer taking extra time to dry clothes. Overall, I would highly recommend this unit and would gladly stay again in the future.

Great location

This is a great spot to stay on 7 miles beach. This unit has a beautiful sunset view. It is fully equipped with lots of kitchen tools to cook great meals. It is very spacious and can accommodate 4 people easily. We were just the two of us but will be back with friends here. Nothing to do with the condo but good to know. You have access to a BBQ in the condo complex but the temperature gauche is broken. I suggest you bring your meat thermometer if you are planning on cooking the perfect steak or fish on the BBQ.

Perfect Condo/Amazing trip!

This condo was beautiful and exactly what we were hoping for! It was perfect for our family of 5. Nicely updated and furnished, clean, bright, and happy. Awesome screened in porch and comfortable beds and bedding. The condo came with everything we needed and we appreciated how well stocked it was with towels, sand toys, snorkel gear, tennis equipment, and tons of other fun things for the kids to use in the pool and on the beach. The management company was very prompt and helpful with communication and check in and check out was easy breezy. Awesome location with one of the best beaches around. Not a lot of rocks in the water like other areas and just perfect swimming location and great snorkeling. Pool was big and clean and wonderful. Close to restaurants and activities. We walked down the beach in both directions and noticed that this condo is by far superior to others nearby. We felt super lucky to stay here and would highly recommend! If we are fortunate enough to come back to Grand Cayman, we hope to stay here again 100%! Thank you for such an amazing stay!
