The Grandest of Grandviews on 7 Mile Beach! 2nd floor 2 bed-2 bath beachfront!

The Grandest of views from this second floor, beach front, corner unit with views of the ocean and Grandview pool. Unit was recently renovated with new furniture throughout. The complex is walking distance to great restaurants and bars. Kitchen has everything you need to cook or use one of the two on-site BBQ grills. Cooler is in the unit to bring food and drinks to the beach. Family friendly unit and complex.

While certain properties on Seven Mile Beach have experienced beach erosion over the last couple of years, our property's beach is protected by ironshore which limits erosion. We have not experienced the erosion that other properties have and have a great sandy beach with plenty of beach chairs and natural shade from trees for your enjoyment. Easy access to swim or play in the the ocean from the sandy cove on the right side (looking towards the ocean) of the complex. The complex has 69 units for which around 20 of the units are used for vacation rentals and the rest are used by owners or long-term renters for people who live in Cayman year-round. As such, guests typically have no issues accessing chairs/loungers on the beach or pool deck as the majority of units are used by people that live in the complex and therefore do not use the pool and beach as often as visitors on vacation would. There should not be a need to claim your beach chair for the day as you may feel you need to at other resorts.

As parents to a young toddler we know the struggles in finding appropriate sleeping arrangements for very young children. With this in mind we have 3 options available for young children to sleep in:

When booking please let us know which of these options you would like available and we will ensure they are in the unit for your arrival. We also have 2 highchairs available.

Currently only accepting bookings with check-in and check-out on Saturdays. If you are looking to book where either your check-in or check-out date would not be on a Saturday, please send me a booking request for your dates and we can see what can be done to accommodate your request. Depending upon the number of nights requested we may be able to accommodate with a higher average rate per night of your stay compared to the current advertised rates. We may have more flexibility for these requests depending on the time of year and requested length of stay (e.g. outside of peak season and for 11 days or more).

Bathroom and beach towels are included with the rental. The unit includes a washer and dryer with laundry detergent to be used for laundry during the stay.

There is no house keeping services included in the rental as the unit will be cleaned before and after each guest visit. The unit is on the second floor and there are no elevators at the Grandview.

Hurricane Cancellation Policy

Pre-Arrival: If a hurricane watch or warning is issued by the Cayman Islands Government within five days of your scheduled arrival, you may cancel your stay without any penalty fees.

During Stay: If a hurricane warning leads to a mandatory evacuation during your stay, I will refund the unused portion of your planned vacation affected by the hurricane warning.
