Diese schöne Oceanside Villa bietet ein separates Schlafzimmer mit einem Queen-Size-Bett, voll ausgestattete Küche, Wohn-und Essbereich kombiniert werden. Sie finden die Bequemlichkeit von Wireless Internet. Zusätzliche Betten für diese Villa sind ein Queensize-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer und Etagenbetten für kleine Kinder. Es gibt einen Balkon, der sich im Wohnzimmer befindet und eine spektakuläre Aussicht auf den Ozean bietet.

Sie finden Seaside Villa befindet sich am südlichen Ende der Insel, entlang South Forest Beach Drive, eine kurze Entfernung von Coligny Plaza. Cozy and convenient

Great location, great ocean views. Balcony was nice for morning coffee, evening beach viewing. Was nice to have a full kitchen, as we prefer to cook mostly. Pool was nice, laundry facilities convenient. Walk to coligny and restaurants. 5-10 minutes from most areas on Hilton head. Great location on south forest beach.

Family vacation

This was a perfect little condo for a simple little vacation. Room for me my daughter and 3 young grandsons. Short walk to the beach and pool with plenty of places to eat and things to do all working. 5-10 minutes of us

Great place to stay.

For the cleaning, need to add the air conditioning filters to the cleaning list. They were thickly coated with dust. Besides this it was a great experience and a great place to stay.

Beautiful Condo

This condo looked almost brand-new inside! Sitting on the balcony looking at the ocean is breath taking! The pool was perfect. We enjoyed waking everywhere and even walking down the beach to the TikiHut!! We have never been to HHI before so this was just perfect for us! We highly recommend this rental!!

great little place for a couple on a getaway

the place was just right for myself and husband for a 5 night getaway. It had all that we needed, comfortable bed, kitchen and balcony with ocean view. it might be tight for 4 adults especially sharing 1 bathroom but that's my opinion. It was right on the beach, so very convenient. I would suggest however that if you have a car, not to be out much past 10pm as parking can get a bit tight. I would recommend that marking the parking spots, 1 per unit would be very helpful. Also, there are the occasional parkers who take up 2 spots as not all the spots are outlined.

The ocean view was great and the property was clean. It was a little small, but clean and ok for three people. The only drawback was the gate to property was never closed and people that did not stay there kept parking there hence it was difficult to find a parking space. Housekeeping opened our door on Saturday thinking we were checking out. I would recommend this property due to location and cleanliness.

There is too much furniture on the porch making it hard to sit outside. The table is rusted. Needs a new coffee maker as the pot does not fit properly. There is no way to get into the high bunk bed. The sliding porch door does not lock.

Everything was clean as usual and we were able to relax.Seaside is a great location- close to Coligny with shops & restaurants- bike baths - beach, what more could you ask for. We had a plumbing issue in our unit but VT quickly moved us to another unit on the same floor.

Great little condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great little condo right on the beach. Walking distance to the shops at Coligny. The only hang up was the size. It would be perfect for a small family of 3-4. Although it does sleep 6, the pull out couch takes up all the living/dining/kitchen area. Unfortunately, hurricane Elsa visited and so we cut our visit short. But, like I said, it was a great location and perfect for a small family. I would stay again, but without the kids. :)

232 and what a view

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent view for the price while on the deck. Rental was exactly as described. Kitchen could use more pots and pans for those looking to cook. While everything appeared clean, the floor had to be re-done by my wife as it left your feet darkened. Our trip was in October (not overtly hot; low to mid 80's), not sure the current a/c unit would be able to keep the bedroom cool in the summer. Not as much of an issue in October (bedroom was warm and stuffy - there is a ceiling fan; and we kept the unit on 67 cool and it ran 90% of the time), not sure how it would work in the summer. The main room of the unit was constantly comfortable. There is a light directly outside the master bedroom that keeps it pretty lit up (bring a mask if that bothers you). The complex itself has done a great job of keeping the grounds updated; very impressed.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time. The condo was a little smaller than we thought it was. As a family of 5 it was hard. Definitely couldn’t do it for a week. The only complaint we had was there is no air in bedroom. There was small wall ac unit and that is definitely not enough to cool condo. We didn’t sleep while there because was so so hot in bedroom. If not for that we wouldn’t have had any complaints and would’ve definitely stayed there again but if can’t get ac in bedroom we won’t be back.

Good time with family

We have a great time with my family at the Sea Side Villas. We liked everything about the place : balcony with view of the ocean (2d floor), kitchen , very short walk to the beach. It is smaller then we expected, but for 3 nights it was fine. Hopefully we will be back again soon.

Villa was extremely dirty

I understand the villa is located on the beach, but it was definitely not swept or vacuumed before arrival. The sheets were full of sand and soiled.
