Palm Golf Haven

This is our third time staying at this property and we have been so pleased each time. It is a beautiful, spacious home with a fabulous private lanai. We also enjoy biking around the lovely neighborhood and using all the gated community's amenities. We loved our time at this house and can't wait to return next year!

I didn’t get the house that I thought I was getting.

When I got to the house, I realized it was not as described. It had 6 bedrooms yes, but one master suite was supposed to be on the 1st floor, but instead all bedrooms were on the 2nd floor. There was supposed to be only 1 bedroom with twin beds, instead there were 2. Also, the outdoor area was not as pictured on the VRBO site that I booked from. The reason I booked was because of the thing that I didn’t get described above. We all had had a long day of travel, so I sucked it up. It served our needs, but I’m unhappy.

Orlando Retreat

My family and friends enjoyed the house. Plenty of room for the 12 of us. The outdoor pool area was awesome, and a great way to spend each evening. The location was ideal for area attractions, If in Orlando again, would definitely stay at this property!

Great home!

House was clean and comfortable. The house has plenty of room to relax and unwind. The entire process was very easy and Jamin from the management company was very helpful and accommodating during our stay. We will definitely stay in this house again in the future.

Enjoyable Stay

The our favorite part of this house were the lakes behind the house. We saw alligators, cranes, herons, & turtles daily. The outdoor furniture was very comfortable. We enjoyed the community pool as well as the pool at the house.

My Happy Place

It’s a home away from home. This house was extremely clean, comfortable beds and couches. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that’s needed to cook meals every night. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The pool and patio area was so relaxing.

Had a great family Disney vacation at this property.

Had a couple very minor issues that were fixed within an hour. Kids were in the pool the entire time when they were not at Disney. Will definitely rent this property again!!

Wonderful Home

Our stay here was wonderful! The house was large enough to comfortably accommodate all 9 people and still gives you spaces for privacy without feeling overcrowded. It is a big home with ample space to spread out and be comfortable. Although we did have a few issues after check-in (pool heater not on, a few tv's not working) those issues were resolved quickly and the level of communication was very responsive. They even called several times to check on our stay. We would highly recommend this place again!

Great for family vacation

This was a memorable place to stay at with family. Rooms were very big and tons of space for the kids to play and run around. Pool was amazing and stayed heated the whole time. The neighborhood was very peaceful and the views from the back were amazing. Definitely recommended if you want a quiet getaway from the big city of Orlando but be nearby. Only thing that we had issues with was the gameroom, its in the garage area and it was not well ventilated. It did get pretty hot in there. Also, one of the rules was to keep the ac levels at 74°F at all times. Other than that, this is the number one place to go for a family vacation!

Great Place for a Big Family

Everything was great overall! Everyone enjoyed the stay and the home. The pool was a hit with the kids. We used the grill multiple times. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The only three things I would critique were the shower heads not spraying well, there were no cookie sheets/trays, and there was what looked like dog hair everywhere. Honestly, other than that, everything was good to go, access to the property was smooth, and everyone truly enjoyed the home. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect space for families

We really enjoyed the stay. The house is a great size and the outdoor area is wonderful! Working with the property manager was great. Only a couple of things... the carpet had lots of stains and were quite dirty. Also, coming in at night was very confusing to finding the front entrance to Providence. I would suggest giving the address of checking in at security gate from hwy 17/92 Providence Blvd. We entered the home address which brought us to the incorrect entrance which was confusing. Overall, a great stay!

Thanksgiving 2024

Parking is a problem. The house is six bedroom, six bath, occupancy is 14, but only two cars can park. The neighborhood has roam towing if parking on the street or at the clubhouse. We were not informed by manager ahead of time, despite multiple requests for information before we arrived. The pools, clubhouse, exercise facilities and tennis courts are run by the homeowners association. The cost at the time we stayed was $10 per adult per day to use the facilities or $40 per adult per week. Despite multiple requests before arrival, management never shared the costs with us, only “there is a fee. We arrived on a Sunday at about 5:30pm and unloaded groceries into the fridge and freezer. Two hours later we noticed it wasn’t working. We called at 7:00 and were told someone would be out that evening. We called two more times with the last at 10:30 when we were told no one would come out that night but would be there at 8:00am. They did not show up until 10:00the next day. We were told the fridge had been empty for a week and so it would take 24hours to cool down (it never did). But they did bring a new refrigerator.asked before

Great Location

The property was wonderful. It could use a few updates. Tile is cracked in several places and the carpet on the stairs was stained. Overall it was a wonderful I would definitely recommend it to family and friends!
