Unsere schöne Villa befindet sich weniger als 15 Minuten von Disney und in der Nähe der wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Dieses voll klimatisierte 5-Schlafzimmer-4-Badezimmer verfügt über einen geschlossenen Pool mit Blick auf einen der ruhigen Seen im begehrten Lake Berkley Resort.
Es ist ein Premium Leisure 'Vitalizer' Hot Tub auf dem Deck und mehrfarbige LED-Beleuchtung im Pool sowie ein professionell vollständig umge klimatisierten Spielzimmer mit einem 8ft Schiefer Bett Billardtisch, elektrische Reclining Ledersofas, ein 50inch LED-TV, Blu Ray Player, X-Box mit Kinect, iJuke, Barhocker und Tisch.
Die Unterkunft verfügt über einen Master-Suite im Erdgeschoss mit einem großen privaten Bad mit Badewanne und separater Dusche. Es gibt eine weitere Königin Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss mit einem angrenzenden Badezimmer mit Duschabtrennung. Auf der oberen Etage ist ein geräumiges "Hollywood Greats" Themen-Queen-Schlafzimmer mit en-suite Badezimmer und zwei Schlafzimmer teilen die Haupt-Badezimmer. Ein Schlafzimmer-Funktionen "Mickey Mouse and Friends", die anderen Funktionen, Harry Potter. Alle Zimmer verfügen über Flachbild-Fernseher und DVD-Player.
Das Erdgeschoss verfügt über ein großes Familienzimmer mit gewölbten Decken, einen 50-Zoll-Flachbild-Smart-TV, einen Blu-Ray-Player, eine Playstation 2, eine Stereoanlage mit Radio, einen CD-Player und eine iPod-Dockingstation. Einer der Konvertiten des Sofas in einem Bett. Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Cerankochfeld, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler und Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelspender. Die Villa bietet auch formale Esszimmer und eine Essecke mit Blick auf den Pool und den See. Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner.

WHat a wonderful house to stay in, in Lake Berkley. Beautifully presented, lots of information in the house regarding surrounding areas, and ideas of where to go/what to do. Spacious living areas, super comfy beds, generally well equipped kitchen (a vegetable peeler would have been handy though, haha). Disney on the TV was a hit with the kids, and so was the super fun theming in the bedrooms. The wi-fi was great, and we also really appreciated the ice/water machine in the fridge/freezer. Paying pool in the games room was a winner for the adults, and the children loved lazing on the sofas in there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house and would thoroughly recommend it. Lake Berkley is always a favourite of ours, and the street is super quiet. We'd be more than happy to book again if we return.

Fabulous house! We spent two weeks here and had the most brilliant time. (4 and and three children). The house is so spacious and is very well equipped. The themed rooms are great. Close to the parks and shopping. 24 hour security access to the site. We didn’t make use of the other amenities - club house, communal pool, play area, tennis courts as too busy at the parks! Would definitely recommend this house to others.

It is what is says

The description of the property is very accurate. Rooms are as descripted as is rest of the house. Very positive comments from us except one thing. They say "no condiments or cleaning supplies" and they mean it. We had an infant throw up and the only cleaning supplies were paper towels and water. We bought supplies to clean the floor since we were going to be there all week. You need to bring everything from salt & pepper to dish soap. For such a nice property, seems a bit tight on supplies.

Awesome Accommodations!

The property was immaculate and clean. Beautiful decor for the local area. Plenty of space to spread out friends and family. Clean and safe community with polite guard staff. Orlando/theme park traffic was not terrible. Good options to get around and avoid major back ups on the road.

There are minor inconveniences like about 10%of VRBO rental properties share;No Kleenex boxed, no extra toilet papers, no dishwashing items such as brushes, sponges, cloth etc., no salt and peppers, only a small handwashing soap but no regular soaps, shampoo or conditioner, etc.

This house was amazing. The boys had a great time in the game room with the gigantic screen TV and pool table while everyone had a wonderful time in the pool and hot tub. I wouldnt do it again

Staying here really put a damper on our vacation! It says it is close to a lot of things but it takes at least 35 minutes to get to everything! The only thing it is close to is walmart. If you arent leaving the vrbo its fine, you can just stay in. But the speed bumps are terrible in the complex, you basically have to be going 5 mph to not mess up your car. The resort was closed so we didn't enjoy that. The place smells like cigarette smoke. We saw a few gekos in the house ( not a huge deal) but then we saw TWO roaches. The host said they are common in Florida. I have vacation in Florida for the past 7 years and never had that experience. They said send a picture but there isnt an option to upload so they sent someone to spray only two rooms and that was it. We wanted to leave but that wasnt an option because the host "fixed" the problem. But I had to try to deal with that while trying to enjoy universal studios.But we felt so gross, there were spiders and other crawlies. In front of harry potter room and game room, the AC leaked so there were many wet socks. It was just very annoying. My sister was able to book a place that was significantly cheaper and they had good spot and no bugs and there resort was open. The nice the was the themes and checking in. The pool lights up which is cool.

Wonderful villa

Beautiful villa. Comfortable, clean plenty of space. We’ve had a fabulous 2 week stay. The pool was a big hit with the kids (14 & 9) and the games room was great fun to chill with beer after a day in the parks. The hot tub wasn’t used much as it was actually too hot to sit in. Had to take Voldemort off the wall in the Harry Potter room though. He was a little too scary. The complex was lovely and felt very secure and safe. Great location for Walmart and some great restaurants nearby. Great facilities in the villa for washing too. Only criticism would be it’s a good 45minute to universal studios depending on traffic. 100% would recommend this villa to everyone and would definitely stay again. Thank you for a fab holiday.

We live in Hertfordshire in the UK and absolutely adore the lifestyle and climate in Florida. The photo is of us celebrating our wedding anniversary in Florida Keys which we obviously combined with a trip to our home in Kissimmee!

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

When we chose our villa our priority was a lakefront so as not to feel 'hemmed in' and 24 hour guarded security gate so as to feel safe. Lake Berkley is so much more than that and we have fallen in love with it. The community is maintained in pristine condition and there are facilities for family of all ages. We love the walks around the lakes and the spectacular scenery and wildlife.

Being close to all the parks, the large Walmart Supercenter 2 minutes drive away, being east of Disney less than half-an-hour from Orlando International Airport on a route that does not involve toll roads.
