The space
Our beautiful, newly renovated home sleeps 24 across two levels and nearly 4,000 square feet of living space, plus a full private pool deck and arcade game room. Our Disney-themed home has been designed and hand-painted by expert artists to bring you into the wonderful world of Disney from Hogwarts to Pandora and under the sea. What really sets this vacation dream home apart is the two enormous resort clubhouses you have unlimited included access to. Snag a tube to cruise down the lazy river, swim through the serenity pool for a frozen drink at the tiki bar, race each other down the three-story water slides, and splash with the kids in one of the two playground splash pads. Once you get here, we bet you won't ever want to leave :)

• Kids won’t want to leave the house after experiencing our 4 fully immersive themed bedrooms:
1) Step into the Avatar movie where you’ll sleep in the forest of the incredible and mysterious land of Pandora surrounded by bioluminescent waterfalls and lifelike fauna dancing across the entire ceiling (sleeps 6)
2) Fly through New York City with Spiderman as he shoots spiderwebs across your bed, hangs from perilous heights, and jumps from skyscraper to skyscraper (sleeps 1)
3) Become a wizard with Harry Potter as you enter through Platform 9 ¾, sleep at Hogwarts, and light the hanging chandelier candles with your magic wand (sleeps 2)
4) Swim with Ariel in her stunning under the sea home where you can sleep in shipwrecked boats and search for hidden treasure (sleeps 4)

Prior to your arrival, we will send you information about how to access the property. You will receive gate access to the community for all drivers and a unique code for the house.

★ OTHER NOTES ★
• Check in is at 4 pm and check out is at 10 am
• Pets are welcome! Maximum of two pets per stay. There is a pet fee of $50 per pet to cover the cost of an extra deep clean after your departure. This ensures the home is completely allergen-free for the next guests, as some people can be allergic to pets.
• No smoking on the property ($1500 fee assessed if found to be smoking)
• Please be respectful of the neighbors (no parties and quiet hours from 10pm-6am)
• We respond immediately to guest inquiries before and during your stay, so please contact us if anything at the house needs our attention
