Reminders from Oasis Club:

• NO overnight parking is allowed in the Oasis Club parking lots.

• For questions about street parking rules, residents should contact the HOA team.

• Dumpsters at the Oasis Club are for restaurant use only — residential trash is not permitted.

• For questions about trash disposal, residents should contact the Masters or Retreat HOA.

You have full access to The Oasis Club, a state-of-the-art exclusive clubhouse, full of luxurious amenities!



The resort has a quiet zone, lane swim pool, a separate zero-entry children’s splash zone and an 850-foot lazy river and wave pool. There is also a movie theatre, fitness centre, dance/exercise studio, children’s day club, internet room, gaming arcade, shop, beach volleyball court and a poolside tiki bar.



The resort-style pool offers a water slide for the kids and a relaxing lazy river for everyone to enjoy! ChampionsGate Resort is located in a large area to the south of Highway 192 in Kissimmee and is just perfect as a ideal location for a base when visiting the Orlando Area. The Orlando area Attraction and Theme Parks, including Disney World Resort and Lake Buena Vista, are all within easy driving distance. On the fringe of the resort community you will find that Shops, Restaurants, Fast Food Outlets, Golf Courses and leisure amenities are plentiful. They includes a Publix grocery supermarket, Walgreen’s, banks and petrol stations.

• Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night per service and $60/night for both, which we provide upon request. • Mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.
