Perfect place for large group!

This was the perfect spot for our group of 12 adults. Plenty of space inside to hang out. The pool area is great! Big, clean, many toys and floaties! The host was very responsive and attentive.

Disney trip

Property was close to Disney and Walmart, property was better than pictures, very spacious! The kids really enjoyed the game room and the pool and the private playground. Plenty of towels for the pool, plenty of dishes. The hostess was very kind and accommodating.

It was such a good stay for our family. We had kids under the age of 5 and it was the perfect house to stay in! It had everything we needed and before check in we host brought over additional baby items in case we needed it! We would love to stay again!

Well equipped with lots of entertainment for kids

Everything thought of to entertain the kids.Lots of equipment in kitchen and plenty of towels which was great. Although attention to detail of cleaning could be better when it comes to dusting especially in bedrooms.Family member also found live Cockroach in cutlery draw which was very off putting and mouse droppings in games room but it is a converted garage so hard to complete seal I suppose.Overall a good stay.

Amazing property! You won’t regret it!

This home uses space wisely. They’ve thought of everything. For me, the themed rooms and large pool were incredible, but the little details truly made this enjoyable. Kim had quick and clear communication, where we knew exactly what to expect, including a clear list of what is there. Details I appreciated: large kitchen trash, plenty of extra charging ports/plugs, hangers in closets, extra blankets, fully stocked kitchen with pantry for out purchased food, thought about all ages (we didn’t have young babies/toddlers, but there were cribs/pack n play, life vests, play area, etc), great AC, comfy furniture, self-dispensing washer (no need to purchase laundry supplies), things well marked, easy access to outside trash and recycling, private pool has brick fence enclosure for maximum privacy. If you’re on the fence about this one, do it. We relaxed and the pool area was amazing after a long day at the parks. The close proximity to the parks and quick access to Walmart for supplies and gas was FANTASTIC. I can’t overstate enough how wonderful and timely Kim was with her communication as host. Thank you for a wonderful place to call home for the week.

Great house!

Family of five stayed 1 week in late March 2025. Communication prior to check in was excellent, the house was as advertised. Great pool/hot tub combo. Plenty of space to soak up the sun. Grill and other amenities were all in working order. the house had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood. Over all excellent place. We reserved next year ahead of time.

Was very clean upon arrival. Appreciated all the notes on how to use appliances. Washer and two dryers were great. Kitchen extremely well equipped. We opted for the heated pool and it worked wonderfully. Generous stock of towels. Meticulously thought out and cared for vacation home.

Great Place to Stay and Fantastic Host

The location of this house is great for proximity to Disney. Check in was easy, the home was the cleanest we've ever rented and Kim the host is super nice and responsive. It was also the best appointed house with everything you could need in the kitchen and plenty of towels. Pool is very nice. Instruction are posted in areas of the house where you might have questions. We had an awesome stay, this home deserves its great reviews!

Medrano Disney trip 2025

We want to thank you for the Vrbo. The location was perfect and close to Disney, stores, and restaurants. The coco beach trip was about a hour away and created great memories, that was a blast. As a family we enjoyed everyday all week long. . The home was perfect for my big family. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub for one whole day. The game room was nice to end the night. We cooked out on the grill to save some money on food which was very nice and delicious . . We had plenty of room for 9 adults and 3 kids. We enjoyed the theme rooms and all the restrooms. Awesome house

This is an excellent rental home for groups, especially families with young children. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The home is stocked with cleaning supplies, adequate amount of cookware if you want to make meals, a game room/ play area inside and outside for the young ones. This home has many safety features including life vests for the children, gates at the entryway to the pool and stairs, an alarm at the back door, and fenced in yard. There are plenty of bath and beach towels for large group, excellent WiFi, and numerous tv’s which is great for those who are gamers and those who enjoy watching tv. The owner is very responsive to texts/calls and the home is very well maintained. It was an absolute joy to spend a week here with the family and we would love to rent this place again. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Rental

It was everything that was listed and more! Having a big pool was great for the kids. The game room and outdoor games were a bonus. We had plenty of room. The house was clean and everything was in good shape. The property manager (Kim) was excellent to work with. We would stay here again and would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone. We had 15 people, but could have had 20 and still plenty of room! We were close to all the Disney Parks and many other activities.

Couldn't have dreamed of a better vacation!

This property was absolutely amazing. My family of 14 stayed at this property for a week and we had the best vacation. The property was exactly as listed with wonderfully themed rooms that excited everyone. There was so much "living space", room for everyone to crash after a long day in the parks. And the pool was simply fabulous. The pool was big and perfect; the area around the pool (inside and out), including the hot tub, was just amazing and kept everyone entertained for hours. Pool time was the perfect end to every day. This house was so incredibly clean. Also, we have never stayed in a place with so many extra amenities and "extra touches". The bathrooms contained so many extra towels and washcloths. Swimming pool towels were provided which saved us from packing our own. A closet full of "things we maybe forgot" was so nice and came in handy a few times. Fully stocked kitchen, game room, pool toys, etc. We were so close to the Disney parks, hitting limited traffic and arriving so quickly to make "rope drop". I would highly recommend this house; it was one of the best we've ever rented. The house itself, with the pool and amenities is a vacation in and of itself. The accessibility to the Disney Parks is simply an added bonus! We hope to come back soon and stay longer than 1 week!

Great Home and Hist

We have been traveling to Orlando the last four years for vacation because this is about as long as my son who’s in a wheelchair can sit in a car. This is the first time that the home was exactly as described. The home had enough space and rooms for me, my adult kids and my grandkids. Everyone had room to spread and and their was no issues with my son being able to get his wheelchair in and out. The pool area was nice, the playground was nice just too hot for the grandkids to really enjoy(no shade). But Kim’s home had everything we needed from cook ware to utensils even things you didn’t think of. The kids and adults for that matter loved the different themes throughout the home. We had a little medical emergency at the end of our reservation and Kim was very understanding and accommodating. It made a stressful situation bearable. Thank you again Kim. I would highly recommend this home if traveling to Orlando.

Absolutely Amazing!!!!

The house was impeccable! Loved the theme and all the options that were available. Our hostess thought of every single thing that we might possibly need. We actually got to meet her and she is nothing short of amazing! It was all we could ask for and more for our very large family. Everyone had such a good time and there were zero complaints. Disney vacation

When looking for a fun pet friendly property to stay at, we found this one. The property was close to The Disney parks which made it very convenient for us to run home half way through the day to let our puppy out. The pool area was very safe with alarms on the doors and a gate blocking the entrance to the pool. The owner Kim was very easy to work with. We will recommend this house to friends and hopefully we will be back as well.

This house was exactly as described! Very clean and nice. Pool and play areas were perfect for the kids. I will stay here again.

I grew up in Orlando (yes I was here before Disney!). Many years ago I became a booking agent for vacation homes. I listened to every request and comment made by all my guests and took all that information into consideration when preparing my vacation rental to make it a home that will make your vacation unforgettable. Most owners live out of the state or out of the country but live here in Orlando so I am always checking to make sure everything is perfect. Plus it's great fun to continually make upgrades to the property and hear the fantastic comments made by my wonderful guests.

This property has a Huge pool - the biggest I have ever seen. It's 20 feet x 40 feet. The spa is also much larger than other vacation homes.

It has a completely private back yard on all sides not just the back like many other homes that advertise private back yards.

The TV on the back patio is extremely popular. Many guests comment that it was much more fun being able to swim and watch a show than they had thought.
