The Space:

Soft Florida mornings set the tone as you settle into a spacious retreat designed for gathering, relaxing, and spending time together. Light fills the living areas, creating an easy flow between spaces where you can unwind or prepare for a day at nearby Orlando attractions. Evenings feel unhurried here, whether you linger indoors or step out to the pool area for a quiet moment by the water.



Sleeping arrangements

Eight spacious bedrooms offer room for everyone to spread out and recharge. With five bathrooms throughout the home, getting ready is simple even for larger groups. Each sleeping space is designed for comfort, giving every guest a place to settle in after a full day of theme parks or exploring the ChampionsGate area.



Indoor living

Two living areas provide flexibility for your group - settle into the reclining leather couches for a movie night on the flat screen TV or enjoy a quieter corner for reading or conversation. Central air keeps the entire home comfortable, and the free washer and dryer add convenience during longer stays. The dedicated workspace and wifi make it easy to stay connected when needed.



Kitchen and dining

The large full kitchen features stainless steel appliances and plenty of room to prepare meals together. With space for both indoor and outdoor dining, you can choose the setting that suits the moment. The kitchen includes everything you need for home-style meals, giving you the option to start your day with breakfast before heading out to Disney World, Universal Studios, or Seaworld.

The private pool sit just beyond the back door, offering a refreshing way to spend time between adventures. The pool deck includes outdoor seating and pool loungers, making it an inviting place to relax in the open air. Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked back to back, and up to (1) vehicle on the street in front of the property.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



All reservations require damage protection, processed via our third-party system before arrival:

- 1-Night stays: $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, released after a damage-free checkout inspection).

- 2+ Night stays: Choose between the $500 refundable deposit or a non-refundable $20/night damage waiver (max $100), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear.

Note: Deposit holds expire after 7 days. For longer stays, the hold is released on day 6 and re-authorized to keep coverage continuous.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area.
