The house was well kept and clean, all beds were comfortable. Good location, most Disney parks were about 20-30 minutes away and it was quiet every night. Plenty of room, even if you bring 8 people (we had 6).It was really cool that they had a PS2 and some games. If you've got kids, it's a great way to keep them occupied during downtime.Florida had a cold snap during our visit, and both the hot tub and pool unfortunately stopped heating entirely on nights that got too cold, which was very disappointing as these nights were the ones we were most looking forward to using the hot tub. The hosts were very responsive and understanding, and refunded the pool heat charge when it stopped heating. Not sure exactly what the issue was. They mentioned that the pool heater shuts off below 55 degrees, but I have certainly used a functioning hot tub in the same area of Florida in colder weather.Overall a great stay, but the hot tub going cold put a damper on the visit. I still rate it 5 stars, because the issue seemed to be a genuine surprise for the hosts, and they immediately made it up to us with no fuss. Everything else was perfect.

The facilities were great. However the experience was horrible. The car was totaled, the traffic unbelievable, and the plane ride home took six extra hours. To add insult to injury, the party that totaled our car was severely underinsured and we got nothing from their insurance company. None of that was Chuck and Lorie's fault. They were extremely kind to reimburse us for the days we were not able to stay. Had it not been for the accident, I am sure we would have had a wonderful time. Thank God my wife was not hurt in the accident.

The Host was very easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions very promptly. The villa was very clean and situated in a nice quiet community with all the main supermarkets and a good selection of take-aways nearby. It is close to Disney World and lots of good quality golf courses within a 40 minute drive.The kitchen was a good size with lots of work space and the appliances had been recently updated. There was a toaster, kettle, both filter and pod coffee machines, juicer and even an good size air fryer.The pool was a good size with a nice deck area available to laze around on. This looked onto a lake which was very tranquil with lots of wildlife, including turtles and even a group of turkeys! Three Sandhill Cranes were around the lake on a daily basis, unless they were roaming the community.We liked it so much we've already booked a return visit.

Beautiful home!

This house is absolutely beautiful. Our stay was wonderful, and we couldn’t have asked for better. The owners communication was great, the kitchen had everything we needed, the pool and spa were excellent, and the air really was set at a perfect temperature so we never felt the need to adjust it. Loved being so close to Walmart, Disney, and so many other great places. I could go on and on. We can’t wait to return.

Awesome getaway

The house is very welcoming and has everything you need. Is located in a great neighborhood close to shops and restaurants. The owners Chuck and Lorie ensure that you feel comfortable thoughout the renting process and during your stay. I highly recommend this home and look forward to renting it again. Property was clean, large and airy space. Pool was beautifully maintained and was a highlight for this trip. Kitchen was ample and spacious. Pool table and foosball table were frequently used. The house was great for our needs. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the pool. The downstairs bedroom was fantastic. The upstairs rooms were fine, but the mattresses weren't the most comfortable. That is the only reason to deduct a star. Everything else about the property was great!

Fantastic property

The house was absolutely amazing. the pool was large with the option to heat it, as well as the spa which can easily fit 4 to 5 people. The home was immaculate, the furniture was high-quality, and the neighborhood was safe. Overall, I would highly recommend staying at this house and enjoying the surrounding area. Sidenote, it may seem like a long distance from Disney but it is not. There is a shortcut that will save you 15 minutes easily.

Amazing!!

This was such an amazing place to stay! We absolutely loved it. There were six of us, and we had more than enough room for all of us. The beds were great, the kitchen was fully functioning, there were tons of towels, and it was super clean! The temperature of the house was also amazing! The pool was a favorite for our kids! We enjoyed our time there and would go back in second! Thanks for letting us stay!

Enjoyed our stay!

The property was exactly as described. Everything was clean and the kitchen was stocked with a lot of items such as trash bags and dish detergent which we have never had at another place we have stayed. The pool was clean and the free heat for the hot tub was amazing! The owners were very responsive and welcoming. Our only complaints were that no one liked the beds but that's a personal preference. We would definitely stay here again!!

This house was clean and it is located about 30 minutes to all the parks which it’s great for Disney visitors. We were 4 adults rented that 4 bedrooms property to be comfortable but only master bedroom had a good mattress and the other three didn’t, so for sleeping time we had to share beds which it wasn’t what we had expected . We shared our concerns with the property owners and they said they will look in to it, hopefully to correct it. So if you need to have a good nights sleep on your vacation definitely check with them to make sure that it will be provided for you. All and all we enjoyed our stay .
