Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the spacious layout and the location of our home. The cleaning service always completes a full professional cleaning before each check-in, and the report confirmed that all areas were well prepared to high standard. Our villa also receives regular preventive pest control service. During checkout, the cleaning service found multiple linens with food stains, which could unfortunately attract insects, especially when food was not stored properly during your stay. We had to replace all the linens for our future guests. We’re committed to providing an excellent experience for all our guests, as reflected in the many positive reviews we’ve received. We’ll keep striving to make every stay a great one.
