Our family had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was very clean and there were many household dishes, utensils, and appliances for us to use. It was just a short walk to the water and the weather was so amazing while we were here. We visited the Downtown Historic Pensacola and shopped at the Saturday market. We toured Fort Pickens and also the Pensacola Lighthouse and the National Naval Aviation Museum. Just relaxing on the beach was a favorite. There are so many wonderful restaurants in the area and the sea food is the best! We made so many wonderful memories and would love to come again!

Very Nice Beach Getaway

We come down for spring break each year and this was by far one of the nicer places we stayed, personal elevator was nice for our elderly parents. Mere steps from the gulf!

The condo had a little wear and tear, but nothing major. The pantry door was broken when we arrived, management offered to fix it right away, but we told them it could wait since it didn’t really bother us. On our last night, we noticed the mini fridge was leaking some water onto the floor. Other than that, we loved our stay! The view was beautiful, and it was just steps from the beach. Management was very responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything

Great property and location

Wonderful fall break with family. Spacious townhouse in low density complex with direct beach access. Beach almost to yourself. Garage came in handy for storage of car roof carrier. Easy access to Ft. Pickens to watch Blue Angels practice. Would highly recommend.

We loved it!

We love white sands! My husband proposed on this beach in 2017 and we came for our honeymoon in 2018 and wanted to come back every year since but this was the first year we could financially afford it. Perfect 5 year anniversary trip. We will be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was wonderful. The access to the beach was perfect for my 80-year old mother..and we could see the kids from the deck. It was great to sit on the deck and look for dolphins!

88th Birthday Celebration

Our goal was to check off some bullet list items for our 88 year mother who wanted to see the beach and sunrise/sunsets. She doesn’t have the best mobility so the elevator was a must. The space was beautiful and very accommodating to our needs. The property management staff was responsive and friendly. We had a wonderful family vacation!

Great location

Loved having our private elevator and 2 car garage. Very clean and nice. Could have used dish rags and cleaning supplies for cleaning granite during our stay. Would have been handy since we did cook in the unit. That’s our only and minor complaint. Would stay here again.

Beautiful views

Beautiful views, very clean, plenty of room for a large family and we loved the convenience of the elevator. Beach was literally steps from the condo. There were a few issues that required maintenance during our stay, but property management was very responsive, professional and fixed the issues. A few tips, you’ll need to bring your own cleaning supplies (bathroom cleaners, laundry detergent, dish soap etc.) they provide starters, but only for 1-2 days. A dust pan would be convenient too, as they only had a broom and vacuums. Overall, a relaxing and wonderful stay. This has been our favorite place to stay while on vacation in Pensacola. We’ll definitely consider renting again for our future trips!

Disappointed

The unit should never have ben rented. Dishes dirty, drapes falling off windows, beds not changed, sand in several beds, faucet leaks, showers not cleaned hair stuck on walls in 1 of the showers, fan in bedroom main level wobbled so bad afraid it was going to fall, shower door loose at hinges falling off, Furniture deep scratches and wood floor in bedroom scratched very bad.

The condo met all our needs except the garage. The garage door was damaged and management assured me it was “not pretty” but worked. This was not true. The garage is important for security and ease of loading and unloading your vehicle. Management told me I would be compensated for the inconvenience. We are two weeks past check out and nothing. My call has not been returned either. The house is beautiful and right on the beach making this condo ideal! However, there are other properties and management companies that may be more reliable.

Great Place

Beach = Perfect Condo = Close to perfect, starting to get a bit well used looking. Beds/Furniture = Close to perfect Cookware = Plenty, ok quality Cleanliness = Good Communication = Pretty good. A bit discombobulated with the multiple text messages regarding checkin despite speaking with the office. Checkin = Smooth, but instant access is unavailable. You must visit the managements office to obtain a key. The management staff was extra accommodating which was extremely helpful for our family. The stay at the place was great. There were beach toys/umbrellas/chairs at the place which is convenient. This is a really nice place and we would definitely return. The beach was nearly private unlike near some of the larger properties we saw while walking it. The overall condition was close to great, but there is slight room for improvement.

Not as the pictures

The property is not as well maintained as stated. The cleaning service did not clean the unit well. The counter tops were sticky and still had spilled food on them . One of the sofa cushions also had food spilled on it as well. One of the exterior doorknobs was failing off so my daughter fixed it. One of the bathroom door knobs was missing and was rigged with a hook to latch the door closed. The some of the bedroom windows didn’t have curtains to block out the early morning sun light. And lastly the kitchen was missing some basic cooking utensils that we had to purchase for out stay.

Unit needs some ATTENTION!!!!

This unit needs some major attention. The plumbing leaks in the garage, called manager and they were unable to repair. We were walking in sewer water everytime we went out the garage. You can't park a vehicle in the garage unless you want it leaked on. The security system is another issue. Every hour it would go off "CHECK BACK DOOR". This is located right next door to the bed room so you couldn't get any sleep. Finally after two days of complaining they sent person over at 11pm and he cut the speaker wire, it was "fixed". The door going to the beach/deck is an andventure to open. Sometimes you need to push it down with all your force other times you need to lift it up with all your strength. If you plan on using the kitchen sink be careful, the faucet is ready to fallout. In summary if you have time to cancel your reservation and find a new space I would do it.

We do apologize that your experience was less than ideal. Our team tried very hard to turn your family's experience around. Our team was respectful and courteous when you called though your colorful vocabulary and threating words made it very difficult to assist you. There was never any sewer water dripping in the garage, though we understand that the water from the shower was less than ideal. The shower grout has been repaired, and a leak is no longer present. We do take feedback seriously and repairs were made to correct the issue.

On the beach…literally!

This location can’t be beat. The proximity to the beach is so close that it’s right outside the back door! The rooms and bathrooms were a great size and plenty of towels for everyone. The decor was tasteful. The views were great from the beautiful gulf to the other balconies which faced Fort Pickens Road and the sound. The check in and check out process was easy. We were able to fit a smaller suv and 2 cars in the garage, plus there are two additional designated parking spots right by the garage. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo was very spacious and clean . Nice that it as four full bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Garage to park two cars. Location is lovely. Overall a very nice stay

Pleasant Stay

The property was clean and at an excellent location with respect to the beach We appreciate Audrey’s communication with all our questions The only concern we had was more with the proximity of the rental with the neighborly rental where it was very audible especially at night . Some guidelines to guests on noise after certain hours would help.

Fantastic Property on the beach

The property was everything listed and more. Located on a beach that was very lightly trafficked. Multiple beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas included. A small convenience store located a half mile away with full shopping and multiple style restaurants a very short drive. The beach felt secluded and private with soft sand/warm water. We arrived very late at night and as soon as we woke up the next day it immediately felt relaxing. Highly recommend this property.

Great stay

We had a wonderful time here. The condo was gorgeous, and had everything you could think of. The rooms were great and the back patio and view were even better!
