White Sands # 17 ist ein luxuriöses Stadthaus mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern am Golf für bis zu 12 Personen! Im ersten Stock haben Sie eine Garage für 2 Autos und Zugang zu einem Treppenhaus. Auf der Hauptetage, der zweiten Etage von drei, haben Sie Zugang zu Ihrem eigenen Balkon an der Golffront mit Gasgrill, einer Küche mit Granitoberflächen, einem Wohnbereich, einem Essbereich, einem kompletten Badezimmer und einem Schlafzimmer 1 von 4 mit Zugang zu einem eigenen Balkon. Auf der obersten Etage, der dritten Etage, befinden sich das Hauptschlafzimmer mit Zugang zu einem privaten Balkon sowie das angrenzende Hauptbadezimmer, die Schlafzimmer 2 und 3 mit Zugang zu einem gemeinsamen Balkon und das dritte Badezimmer. Wonderful property! Love being able to park in a garage and have wonderful ocean views. Only negative was there weren’t any comfortable chairs or sofa on entire property.

Great for family vacation!

Thank you for allowing our family to stay! We are very appreciative!The accommodations were comfortable for all of us. A suggestion to consider is to make the downstairs bedroom a single bed & move the bunk beds upstairs. My older parents had some difficulty with the stairs that we didnt realize. Also, having the elevator accessible for them to use would have been helpful. Again, thank you for opening up your home to us.helpfulAgain

The location, view and condo are awesome! We were a family of 9, 6 adults and 3 kids, plenty of room for all to have their own spaces. Be aware that the unit elevator is not be guest use, I saw in their listings that one said elevator and one stated “not for guest use” and had a 50/50 chance, but lost on that item, I should have called to clarify. But other than that misunderstanding, I was a wonderful unit and great week on Pensacola Beach!

Definitely not as nice as advertised

The location is about the only good thing about this unit. We have stayed at other White Sands units and they were much cleaner and updated. This unit has broken clothes dryer, stove burners don't work well, miscellaneous kitchen pots and pans vs nice sets of what you need to cook. Air conditioner doesnt work good in upstairs smaller bedrooms. Main suite was freezing, other rooms hot! Needs much improvements especially for the cost to rent.

Nice family getaway

For the price expected a lot more amenities. Elevator not working. Kitchen poorly stocked. Property Manager sent broom, mop, hot pads, kitchen towels, spoons. Both upstairs baths clogged and slowly drained. Uncomfortable mattresses, mold in baths along ceiling. Back door handle to door falling off. Hose downstairs did not work. Location was superb.

Graduation trip

We brought our high school graduate with 5 friends and two other sets of parents. The location was perfect, the beach is gorgeous with fine white sand and plenty of shells. The water was gorgeous! No real complaints. I read the other reviews and offered similar feedback that more kitchen and bathroom towels would be nice but we just did laundry a couple times during our 4 night stay. The kitchen had plenty of the basics, no crockpot but no biggee. Consumables like toilet paper and trash bags aren’t enough for more than a couple days but that is communicated in the info so we brought some from home since we were driving. If we ever have a group that size again, I would stay there again—I loved the property, location and the gorgeous water that much!

Good location but very expensive for the condition of condo

Needs new carpet, needs new ice maker/water dispenser. Needs more drinking glasses, needs more teaspoons and butter knives. We only had 2 butter knives and 2 small spoons to eat with. We had to go buy plastic cutlery. Bedrooms facing the street very much hotter than the rest of condo. Porch light was out under the condo and the wooden planks coming in from beach were covered in algae and very slick! Overall we had a good time but for the amount of money we paid for this unit, we were disappointed. Also we found wet towels in washer upon arrival and dishes in dishwasher.

Amazing stay

The pictures do not do this property justice. Plenty of room, quiet, amazing views, and clean. Management team is great to work with. I've booked many vacation homes and this one was definitely a favorite. Thank you for a great stay!

Great family vacation!

What an awesome place to hang out with family! Spacious kitchen, nice sized bedrooms, good beds, very clean, spectacular view! Just a few steps from the ocean and sandy beach. Property management company responded quickly when we reached out to them on a couple of small issues. We plan to return for our next family trip!!

Terrible neighbors

The property and the service from the company were excellent. In my 35 years of coming to the beach I have never encountered such disrespect of others. The neighbors to the left were chain smokers and loud music players. When we politely asked for a break in the smoke it got worse. When we asked for quieter music it got louder. It was impossible to enjoy being on the patio which is why I selected this property. The neighbors on the right had barking dogs. It was my worst experience at the beach.

Reviewer Comments: Great place for a family vacation, having a bedroom on main floor for in-laws ...awesome!!!:) kitchen equipped with everything you need for baking and even grilling. Very spacious main floor for families . Few steps to trolley stop . Big garage. Commercial grade washer n dryer, fantastic dishwasher. We have vacation in pensacola for over 10 yrs and this was the 1st fridge with ice maker!!!! Management (office) super nice and helpful. A new mattress in master room will be really appreciated, air conditioning works great, but the vents need to be clean, and permission to use elevator will be great so we don’t have to carry luggage and groceries up and downstairs

Family fun on the beach!

This is our second time staying in white sands homes. The property management company is so easy to work with. This location is right on the beach and having the large garage with beach access makes it so convenient to store beach chairs and toys in the evenings. The master bedroom was beautiful and our kids loved the bunk room. We would definitely rent again.

Close by to everything, and it was almost like having the beach to yourself.

Excellent property! Great location and view. Easy access.

Well laid out for a big family. Very comfortable furnishings. Enormous and well equipped kitchen. Beautiful views of beach. Patios of these units are right next to each other with only a railing, so if you are looking for privacy while sitting outside, this could be an issue. Patio furniture needs replacing, including the gas grill, which was almost unusable. The limited areas of carpeting inside (stairways, bedrooms) are ready for replacing.
