Der Palm Beach Club # 240 wird professionell von Paradise Beach Homes verwaltet.

Das Condo ist in beruhigenden Strandfarben gehalten und mit Designer-Akzenten versehen. Travertinböden und Designer-Akzente in jedem Zimmer mit Teppichboden. Aktualisierte Küche mit Granitoberflächen und glänzenden Geräten, darunter eine Keurig- und eine 10-Tassen-Kaffeemaschine. Sowohl das gut ausgestattete Wohnzimmer / Wintergarten als auch das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügen über einen eigenen Balkon, von dem aus Sie einen herrlichen Blick auf den Golf und den Strand genießen k��nnen.

Am Ende eines sonnigen Tages am Strand gibt es Unterhaltung für jedermann mit Flachbildfernsehern. Kostenloses W-LAN. The fact that you can walk to the beach side or sound side in just a few minutes is awesome! The only fact that someone needs to know is if you have bad knees and can’t do many stairs, this is not a place for you. There are no restrooms on the main floor.

Great place!

This place was perfect for our girls vacation!!! Convenient to the restaurants and a short walk to the beach!!!! The only problem we encountered was the key code didn’t work fir the gate, but someone working on the property helped us with the correct code. The key to the pool didn’t work, but it was fine since we preferred the beach anyways!! :)

Very clean and well maintained. The only issue we had during our stay was that the coffee maker stopped working. We called the office and within an hour we had a brand new one! They are top notch and we would recommend to anyone!
