Clean and great view. Only issues a couple chairs on deck had foot rests that would fall off. And closet on deck was packed full and very unorganized. I did straighten it up some.

The condo was okay. We weren’t looking for much. The Regency Towers are ron the beach and close to a lot of a restaurants. I would stay there again, but I might try to find a different unit managed by another host company.

Very clean & beautiful views. Holiday traffic was congested by the bridge but not here and there was a little market just across the road. Very roomy with well appointed kitchen. The negatives were the patio door & dishwasher doors had horrible squeaks. Wonderful family vacation after SIL’s conference earlier in the week!

Great location, views and property

Our family had a wonderful experience staying at this condo for our annual summer trip to Pensacola. It’s down the road from restaurants and fun activities for the family. The facility was old but clean and well maintained. Only one pool for East and West towers so the pool was always packed full of guests/kids but my boys still loved it. We will definitely stay here again!

Lovely Pensacola

This is a very nice vacation condo — great location and beautiful views of the beach! Our air conditioning unit was a bit noisy, but we didn’t call on it since we were staying such a short time. Decorations were a bit sparse, but it was clean and well equipped. Great swimming pool and there was a beach chair rental that we used! Great place to stay if you want to be right on the beach!

Nice stay

Very comfortable for a family of 3 for a few days. Nice location on Pensacola Beach towards the end so there was not a lot of traffic but close to restaurants and shopping. Only recommendation to the owners is for new cushions for the chairs on the balcony. They were pretty worn and smelled musty. The inside is very well maintained and comfortable. Would stay again.

Out of the hustle/bustle

Regency Towers is an older property, but seems well maintained. It's out of the central area of P'cola Beach, which is nice. Also, situated VERY close to the shoreline. The unit was clean and everything worked.

Wonderful Week!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect and the condo very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and beach everyday! The only complaint we had was the air conditioner was really loud but we got used to it. The master bath toilet is loud as well but worked fine. Overall it was a great place and I will definitely be back!

The condo was clean and a desired location. I just wish we had access to our balcony. We were notified after renting condo that the balcony was being worked on. You would think they would do constructor properties during the off season.

Great VRBO experience!

Lovely condo right on the beach. Beautifully decorated, comfortable and spacious. We had a little snag with the code for the door, but that was resolved quickly. Also discovered the toaster didn’t work, and a new one was brought over very quickly. The inly issue we found was that the floors were dirty 🙄. Aal-in-all a great experience, beautiful condo, and very responsive property management team! We’ll come again!

Modern day rental done right!!

The entire process from reservations to check-in to check-out was very user friendly, even for an old crew like all of us. The one error was actually a positive. Upon arrival the door code was incorrect. I called the number listed and an actual person answered immediately and solved the issue immediately and we were in immediately!! We had zero issue the rest of the week. Kudos!!

Meh

Southern Beach Rentals was not forthcoming ,prior to booking, in regards to the construction details. Only 4 days before the trip did I receive a message regarding the closing of balconies, and fire escapes. Prior to booking the only notification I was given, was there is ongoing construction and be prepared for the noise. Disappointed in the dishonesty. The condo in itself was nice.

Beautiful condo and the staff was great

Beautiful view of the ocean from every room. Overlooks the pool as well, which was cleaned for 2 hours every morning. TV had basic cable and not HD (normally I wouldn’t care, but NBA playoffs were on). You know if I’m talking about not watching the NBA playoffs in HD, I’m really stretching to find something bad. The condo was very clean, plenty of towels, great appliances, spacious kitchen for a condo, huge bedrooms for a condo, nice bathrooms, nice balcony with padded chairs. Make sure you bring beach chairs, but this is usually the case. I’d definitely recommend this condo to others.

Amazingly beautiful!!!

The moment we got up to the room the passcode didn’t work but I called the number for service and they fixed it right away! Beautiful condo everything looks like the pictures. The balcony was amazing on the third floor next to the pool and the view of the ocean was amazing. The only two things we had issues with was the stove took forever to heat up but still worked. And the internet wasn’t working majority of the time so when it came to chill out time for the kiddos it was a little rough as the tv nor their tablets would work. Easy access to the pool and there is a walk out to the beach but it ends in stairs so rough for handicap ppl or wagons to access the beach. Beautiful pool and very clean.
