Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive, full access to the property, as the owners do not reside on-site. The property is private and secluded, offering a peaceful retreat away from the street and neighboring homes, yet is just a short walk to restaurants, the beach, and Starbucks. A full-time property manager is available for assistance. Guests can also enjoy complimentary access to the gym, swimming pool, and hot tub located within the complex.
Complex also features a full size outside kitchen with free access to BBQ and seating area.
