Vorspiegelung falscher Tatsachen

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in der vierten Häuserreihe. Mit Oceanview wird geworben. Es handelt sich allerdings nur um einen kleinen partiellen Ausschnitt aus der Bucht. Dafür ist der verlangte Preis viel zu hoch.Vor Abreise wird man schriftlich dazu aufgefordert die Wäsche/Handtücher selber zu waschen. Am ersten Abend musste erstmal Ungeziefer aus der Wohnung entfernt werden. Supergefühl, dass dir Nachts eine Kakerlake übers Bett laufen könnte. Die Prospektbilder sind super gelungen, allerdings geben sie den Blick links auf dass Hotel und rechts auf die Häuserfront vor dir nicht preis. Weg zum Strand je nach Hitze 5-8 min. Nicht weiter zu empfehlen

Amazing stay!

We were pleasantly surprised to learn about the free daily morning coffee by the pool, close (walking) proximity to the beach, and partial view of the water! Served as a great home base for our Big Island vacation. Appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler as well! Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo and location

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very nice and comfortable with all that we needed for our time on the Big Island. It is in a beautiful and convenient location. The airport is nearby and shopping was easily accessible. We were there during the Ironman and a few roads were closed but not a huge factor with patience. We will definitely consider a return to this area and condo! Thank you, Sandy for hosting us and to Dani for her communication with us.

Epic but Short Trip to the Big Island

We had 9 people total in our extended family trip. We ended up staying 4 nights on the big island. Half of our group already had a condo at Koleo, so I searched high and low to find a second condo in the same complex for the rest of us. Luckily, Vrbo had several choices. Great location, and a great unit. We were confortable, and our host thought of some great touches, like extra towels and a cooler for the beach. They were also very responsive. One suggestion - have twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. It would be tight, but more flexible for different guest configuration.

Great stay

Our family of 5 had a great stay. The unit was clean, spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. The beach towels and cooler were very helpful. The pool was peaceful and relaxing and steps from the beach. Communication with the owner/manager was responsive and accommodating. Overall a relaxing day and enjoyable vacation.

Beautiful condo

Our family loved staying at the condo. It was very comfortable and we enjoyed everything about it. The owners have thought through everything you would need. The lanai was probably our favorite part. Waking up everyday to a view to drink our coffee was terrific. We also enjoyed grilling a few dinners. The sunsets from the beach were spectacular. My girls loved the pool. Very nice pool with great lounge chairs. The quality of the condo unit and landscaping was very nice! Also, great location with shops and dining close by.

Island Getaway

Fantastic unit and location. Close to everything you need (beach, shopping, restaurants). Our three little kids loved it and made good use of the provided beach toys. Even during peak travel season it was never too busy at the pool or beach. I'll definitely be back to this unit. Don't hesitate, this is the perfect spot on the big island.

Family Getaway

Stayed at this property with my husband, toddler and infant. Perfect for family with small children. Tall ceilings and nice furnishings/appliances. Very comfortable beds. Well equipped for both toddler (floaties and kitchen utensils) and infant (high chair and pack n play), which was much appreciated! The pool area was quiet and great for families with young kids. Short walk to the beach if you want. We separately rented a wagon/pool toys to transport things down to the pool and it was super easy. Agreed with other reviewers that the building is hard to find due to lack of signage in the complex. Will definitely try to stay here again on our next visit!

Relaxing time

If you want to be close to a beach yet have a stunning place to hang out poolside, this is the place for.you. comfortable beds and super clean. The only thing I can fault this unit for is on hot days the air conditioner doesn't quite keep cool enough in the spare bedroom for sleeping, there is a fan which helps. We never opened the lanai doors for that reason. We rented a golf cart and really enjoyed cruizin' all over in it.

Fantastic view, upscale use of Koa Wood. All amenities included, 3 flat screen TV’S, Stainless appliances, Washer/Dryer, beautiful pool area with easy access to beach, Use of Marriott and Hilton’s amenities, carport, A/C. It is also a very quiet setting but steps to restaurants and shops. It is only 20 minutes from the airport, Cisco and Safeway. Unforgettable experience and very romantic too! ❤️

Immaculate place with all the amenities included!

Overall, wonderful stay in Kolea 15E. The place was immaculate and we really appreciated all of the supplies in the garage to facilitate our stay (chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, cooler, etc.). The view was perfect, there was a short walk to a beautiful beach, and our local contact Dani was really responsive when we needed. Thank you!

Elegant condo in elegant neighborhood

It was a bit of a challenge first finding the condo. (I didn’t realize it was in building 15.) Dani, the property manager, was totally available and gave us the guidance we needed to find it. Once we found it, wow! The place was immaculate and impressive. The communal pool and hot tub were great to visit and overlooked an amazing view of palms and the ocean. Great beach access. It was a wonderful base for our time on the Big Island. Walking distance to shops.

Totally relaxing, excellent property and location. A bit of a hike to the beach, but manageable. The arrival was a bit tough as it was difficult to find the correct building because the signage is small. Overall, excellent weather, property and a great time.

Absolutely Beautiful!

Our travels to the Big Island were exhausting and finding our way to the condo was frustrating after dark. However, when we woke up the next morning and sat on the lanai, had breakfast and listened to the tropical birds singing, we decided that it was all worth it. The photos of the unit and description of the amenities are all accurate. The resort area surrounding the condo is lush and beautiful. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping opportunities right in the resort so you don't have to drive far if you don't want to. Everything is first class. We had a few minor maintenance items like burned out light bulbs that were taken care of by the property management people immediately. We did arrive after sunset and did have trouble finding the unit. The lavish resort gets pretty dark at night. The gate keypad that is normally illuminated, was not and we had to use a flashlight to find it. There are small signs indicating the building numbers but they use subdued colors and are hard to find and read after dark. Once at building 15, take the elevator to the second floor. Exit right to unit 15E. The lock box is not at the door of the unit. Find it around the corner where the steps are located. Good luck reading the numbers on the lock box as they are shiny chrome in a dark area. Using a flashlight created a glare that makes reading the numbers almost impossible. The parking stall is located just around the corner from building 15. It is marked but very difficult to read the "E" after dark. It is about the middle of the stall area. Once you get into the condo and get settled, life starts getting great again. We had a wonderful time while there and would go back in a heart beat.

Kolea Waikoloa 15E is perfect

We are a family of 5 and had an absolutely perfect stay at Kolea Waikoloa. The condo was spotless and so well equipped. The area is fantastic with easy access to great restaurants shops grocery stores excursions. We would definitely stay there again! Highly recommended.
