The unit came fully equipped with every thing you would need in the kitchen. Unit very clean. 2 bedrooms. Very quiet neighborhood. About a 5 minute walk to the pool, and another minute to "A" Bay Beach. Owner was very responsive to any and all inquires. Without hesitation we would stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Fantastic

No other thing to say other than it was fantastic and I don't use that word loosely. Owners were very responsive when we had questions, property location is perfect, pools, beach, restaurants, shopping all about a 10 minute walk in either direction. EJ was a pleasure to deal with. Communication was fantastic. He and the property manager were available and responded with any questions I asked. The location is great related to that part of the island. We enjoyed the beach associated with the property and the pool was a great way to chill at the end of the day. Parking was easy. We had ample storage for our luggage for family of 5. The beach toys and snorkel gear the owner has in the closet is a nice touch. As well as beach towels. We bought a few snorkels for our family and used the ones provided. Beds are all comfortable. Living room space is ample. The lanai was nice as well. I would absolutely stay again. We loved the location and the property.

Our stay began with some challenges as the ac unit was not working. Although the repair was made the next day, we had to move to a hotel for one night because it was too hot to stay in the apartment. While we did receive a partial refund for the first night, having to move into a hotel was tiresome and inconvenient. The unit itself was very spacious. However, the furniture and decor in the living room is in need of an upgrade.

My husband, two young sons, and I had a great stay at Villa de Aloha! We were happy to find that the condo has a pack 'n play, beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, pool noodles, boogie boards, cooler, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner, and body wash. The kitchen is a good size and is well appointed. We loved the balcony/deck and the outdoor grill. The condo community (Kolea) is beautiful and it is a short walk from the unit to the beach and the pool. The pool is stunning with a view of the ocean and there is a separate shallow pool with a sandy bottom that is great for kids. The condo is also very close to the Queens Marketplace and the Kings Shops. The condo is a very good value for the money. We would definitely stay here again! I suggest bringing a sweatshirt because it can get chilly at night in the unit with the AC (the owner asked that we keep it set to 72 degrees), but we were very glad to have the central AC!

Absolutely beautiful condo with every amenity you could dream of! Beautiful view from lani and packed kitchen and beach toy closet! Large, clean and perfectly placed condo

The condo was a good size for our family, perfect location walking distance to the beach club and beach. While there isn’t an ocean vista, there was a good view out over towards the Marriott next door with festive tiki torches. Super clean, great kitchen space and VERY comfortable beds. Wonderful hosts as well - responsive, thoughtful, and they even had Christmas decorations up (and we visited two days after Thanksgiving!). Overall a wonderful stay!

Upscale condo on beautifully manicured property across from scenic beach

Upscale condo with lots of marble and hardwood. Welcoming, homey feel. The grounds as well as neighborhood has resort look. Short walk to outdoor shopping mall and a market. Across the street from condo is the resort like club house with access to private beach next to larger public beach.

Paradise found on the Big Island!

My husband, toddler daughter and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Big Island vacation rental. The place looked even better than in the photos! It was well stocked and everything was laid out in an easy-to-find manner. The location was incredible, right by the beach and many great restaurants and shops. We greatly appreciated having private beach access, as well as a gorgeous pool and clubhouse. Hosts were very friendly and super communicative. My only regret is not being able to stay for longer!
