Genießen Sie unsere komfortable tropische Ferienwohnung für Ihren Inselurlaub. Wir sind direkt gegenüber von einem von zwei Pools und Grillbereichen und direkt am 8. Fairway des Waikoloa Beach Golf Course. Im Wohnzimmer haben wir einen 55 "Samsung QLED 4K Smart TV mit Surround Sound Bar (Netflix & 300+ Kanäle inklusive) und einen Queen Size Sleeper. Von unserem sonnigen Lanai aus können Sie eine Tasse Kona-Kaffee genießen und mit unserem wunderschönen See- und Golfblick entspannen oder Steak und Hummer auf dem BBQ-Grill zubereiten. Die gut sortierte Gourmetküche verfügt über neue Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl und Granit. Wir haben Premium-Kochgeschirr, Kräuter und Gewürze sowie Küchenutensilien und Backformen. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein sehr komfortables, bequemes kalifornisches Kingsize-Bett, luxuriöse Bettwäsche von Tommy Bahama und einen 45-Zoll-Samsung-Smart-TV. Das Gästezimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten oder kann kombiniert werden, um ein weiteres Paar mit einem 32 "Samsung Fernseher unterzubringen. Für Ihren Komfort steht eine stapelbare Dampfwaschmaschine und ein stapelbarer Trockner von LG zur Verfügung. Wir haben auch Ihre Strandausrüstung bereit! Wir haben zwei Sonnenschirme, zwei Kühler, sechs Liegestühle, zwei Boogie Boards und Schnorchelausrüstung, sogar Kinderspielzeug für den Strand, alles in Ihrer eigenen privaten Garage.

Unsere Villa ist günstig auf der anderen Straßenseite vom Strand und dem Queens Market Place entfernt. Hier finden Sie zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Starbucks und einen Gourmet-Lebensmittelmarkt für Ihre gesamten Vorräte. Sie sind auch nur wenige Schritte von den Kings Shops entfernt, zu denen gehobene Geschäfte wie Louis Vuitton, Michael Kors, Coach, Tommy Bahama, Tory Birch, Macy's und Tiffany's gehören. We had an amazing time. Beautiful condo. Very comfortable for family of 4. Love the seatings on the balcony. Convenient location. Only complaint was the thin ceiling where we were woken up very early in the morning from kids above running around. Definitely recommend this condominium. We will definitely return.

Perfect location for stay at Kona

We stayed for 4 nights at Lorie’s lovely condo in the Waikoloa area. The location cannot be any better - shopping mall, restaurants, food court, grocery store all just across the street. The A beach is within walking distance as well.Lorie’s condo is very clean and well stocked with everything we need for a comfortable stay. The beach gears is definitely a bonus and we used the beach chairs, umbrella, snorkeling gears, boogie board almost every day. We also appreciate the fact that we can park our car in the garage.We highly recommend Lorie’s condo and will definitely go back the next time we are in Kona.

Can’t wait to come back

This was our first vacation on the Big Island. We weren’t sure what to expect, other than what we read in the property description and saw in the property pictures. Well, this condo came as advertised and certainly deserves its 10/10 review. The barbecue was great, the supplies were plentiful, the setting and view of the golf course was outstanding, and after we spent time at 6 beaches, we always finished our day back on the property in the pool. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and small appliances, and the large appliances also worked very well. Overall, the condo exceeded our expectations and we can’t wait to come back in 2025!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was clean, quiet, well decorated, and comfortable. I really appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was, any tool I could have wanted for cooking was available. My kids loved the pool, so we spent a lot of time there. My husband and I spent most mornings on the lanai, reading, drinking coffee and listening to the breeze in the palms. My only issue with the condo was that we couldn't figure out how to turn the volume down on the TV. Overall we had a fantastic, relaxing time here and would definitely book here again.

Great place to spend a week on the big island!

This condo is wonderful- close to all the beaches that we wanted to see, but yet close to Kona, the airport, Waimea, and a quick, easy drive to Hilo. The hosts have left a binder of things to do and places to go that was SO helpful!! This condo had a beautiful lanai overlooking the golf course where we watched the sun rise each morning. We had to drive to the beach, but the sunrises were amazing! Lava Lava Beach Club was a really great place for dinner, and we went to a luau at the Marriott! We loved all of the things that were included- a garage where we could leave all of the beach stuff that was also included. It was a huge benefit to have beach chairs, snorkel gear, and REALLY nice beach towels! Overall, we had an absolutely wonderful time. The condo is very quiet, finishes are all high end, and the landscaping is beautiful!!

Wonderful condo!

This is a fantastic property! Lorie was very responsive and easy to deal with. The unit was clean and well stocked for our two weeks. The large lanai is the best feature!! We stay in Hawaii a lot and the lanai was the biggest so far. Great place to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails. The bbq on the lanai was also a nice bonus! The view of the golf course and animal sounds is lovely. The unit is literally a few steps from one of the pools, which is nice. You can also walk to Queens marketplace or the Kings shops. You are also close to ABay beach and lots of great dining. The condo was very clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed our trip. We used the garage for parking and appreciated the snorkel gear, cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. Airport is only 20 minutes away and Kona about 30 minutes. We will definitely stay there again! You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here! Thx Lorie!

Waikoloa beach Villa

We have stayed at several different condo's in the Waikoloa beach area and this condo was our absolute favorite. Very comfortable, great place to relax. The pool is just across from the condo, just the right temperature and not super busy. Easy walk to the shopper centers. Lorie answers questions very fast and was super helpful. Looking forward to another stay.

Beautiful location

This condo is in a great location for shopping, dining and the beach. We especially loved having a garage to park in and all the beach supplies we needed (chairs, umbrella, towels). The condo is spacious and nicely set up. We really enjoyed our two weeks stay and would stay here again. The only negatives were the carpet is very worn and dirty, and the couch is very uncomfortable.

Wonderful, homey condo in fantastic location

Have stayed in other condo units within the greater complex and Lorie's place stands out. It is in the perfect location, directly across from the Queens Marketplace (and grocery store); is wonderfully furnished and clean; is kept updated; and feels homey rather than a sterile rental unit. It was our second time staying here and we loved it both times.

Great stay and location

Great value for a condo in one of the Big Island resort areas (we checked them all). Location is great - near a couple grocery stories, a bunch of beaches, and restaurants with a range of price levels. Definitely try the Island Vintage Coffee (expensive but worth it) and Original Big Island Shave Ice. Check-in instructions were very detailed and accurate. Golf course view from the back lanai was an added source of free entertainment. 😄

Could not have asked for a better stay

We stayed for 17 nights for Ironman '23. 2 adults and 2 15 year old boys. Everything you read in the property description and other reviews is accurate. It was by far the best rental value of all the properties we looked at. More importantly is how responsive and helpful Lorie was/is. It's obvious they take pride in their property and love the Big Island. You will no be disappointed if you stay here.

Lux Villa a MUST

This was our 2nd stay here and it was just as we remembered it. Super easy communication with the owners and onsite manager. The condo has everything you could need and more. Super clean, comfy beds. Sweet majestic vacation home

It’s a beautiful, gorgeous, and comfortable vacation home in a great location. Enjoying morning coffee in the Lanai every morning. Love the walks to Queens and Kings Marketplace and all the trails near by. All the restaurants, shopping, and beautiful beaches are so close to home. Very clean and well kept condo. Super comfortable for the 4 of us. The sofa bed is also very comfortable for our girls when they had their cousins coming over for sleepover. We spent 12 days to explore the whole entire big island, had so much fun, and found so many treasures. If we go back to the big island again, will definitely stay here again. Mahalo.

Excellence all around

The condo was really comfortable for our kids and for my wife and me. Great layout to be social and get some quiet time if needed. Outside area was beautiful for just relaxing. Lorie leaves a great notebook full of ideas of where to go and what to do - super helpful and informative. Location was perfect for. Visiting a variety of beaches; and having the chairs, cooler, boards and snorkeling gear was so nice and really allowed us to do so much. Highly recommend this place! The pool at the unit was great to come back to each evening, cool off, and wind down. We will be back!

A Home Away from Home!

This condo is extremely clean and while the condo itself is not brand new, it seemed as though it was because the condition was absolutely perfect! The furnishings are great and the beds are really comfortable! The outdoor patio was a wonderful area to hang out and watch the golfers. If you are a chef, you may want to bring your own knife as the knives provided are not chef-type knives. Otherwise, there is plenty of dishes and cookware to make meals at home. We loved that there was a spice rack with a great variety of spices (we did bring our own cayenne as we like things HOT and we were glad we did because there was no cayenne). It was nice that previous guests left ketchup, mayo, soy sauce, etc. so we didn't have to buy those condiments. We left eggs, vodka, and olive oil for the next guests to enjoy. We would definitely stay here again! This is the perfect location to walk to the King/Queen shops and the pool is right across from the condo as well.

We have been coming to Hawaii for about 20 years and after careful thought and consideration, we decided on the Beach Villas. The Beach Villas are the most convenient to shopping, entertainment and the beach. We also are one of the only properties to have a garage. Perfect location, beautiful place!

Our condo is not just a vacation rental, it's our home. We hope that you feel just as comfortable here as we do. We have quality furnishings and use quality, name brand products, not just cheap ones. We may be a little more in price that some of our competitors but it's truly worth it. We are located close to the pool but not to close to hear the kids and away from the main road so we're in a quiet area.
