Please Note:

- Pool Heater is available for $40 per night and must be purchased for the duration of your stay. Please let us know in advance if you'd like to do so.

- Please kindly note that Pool Heat is Not offered throughout (April to October) due to increased outside air temperature/summer heat and humidity with not being able to feel the full effects.

-Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter indoors.

- Golf Course may be used for an additional fee collected by the Golf Shop. All players must register in the golf shop before play. The shop also provides rental equipment for a fee. Please contact the clubhouse for scheduling/pricing. Please let us know if you are interested and we are happy to share you their information.

- A BBQ Grill with propane can be rented and delivered for your entire stay by a third party company for an additional charge. If you may be interested, please let us know and we will provide you more information for setup.

- Please note that this home is considered to be self-catering. We do provide complimentary items to start your trip including one trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent for your use. For additional supplies you may need to consume during your stay, you may purchase them from the nearby local markets.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home including the patio and screened-in lanai area.

- Gatherings with your group are great, but parties and events are not allowed.

- Kindly bring kitchen condiments if you plan to cook.

- Pets are not permitted in the home.

- No need to worry if you arrive late, we offer keyless pad entry! Additional details will be provided upon booking.
