Diese 3-Zimmer-Anwesen befinden sich auf der Gated Community von Town Center Reserve in Davenport. Die Straßen sind mit Palmen gesäumt und die ganze Gemeinde hat eine ruhige, Urlaubsatmosphäre.

Das Hotel selbst verfügt über 3 großzügige Schlafzimmer, die beiden Herren ein eigenes Bad und mit Doppelbetten, während das dritte Schlafzimmer zwei Einzelbetten mit Zugang zum Badezimmer über den Flur hat. Jedes Zimmer kann daher ein eigenes Bad verfügen. Der Wohnbereich ist offen mit einem Wohnbereich, Küche und Essbereich. Von diesem Raum aus haben Sie Zugang zum Pool mit Südlage, der den ganzen Tag über das fantastische Wetter Floridas bietet. Es gibt einen Billardtisch im Spielzimmer und einen DVD-Player mit Bildschirm.

Es sind keine hinteren Nachbarn und damit der Poolbereich ist sehr privat mit Blick auf das Naturschutzgebiet. Für diejenigen, die da draußen speisen möchte, ist eine schattige Veranda mit Tisch und Stühlen.

Zu den Einrichtungen gehören eine Klimaanlage und Deckenventilatoren, gratis WiFi und kostenlose Anrufe innerhalb der USA und Kanada. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine und Trockner für diejenigen, die mit leichtem Gepäck reisen möchten. Die Villa befindet sich in der Nähe von Champions Gate / Reunion und ist daher in einfachen Entfernung zu Geschäften, Restaurants, Golf und ein Publix Supermarkt für alle, die das Wesentliche.

Absolutely loved our stay!

The house was super clean, nicely located within a gated community. Pool was amazing. Can’t wait to book again in the future. This house is close to Disney and Sea World. And only an hour from cocoa beach.

Nice Home Close to Attractions!

We spent a week at Ian's home and enjoyed the location close to the Disney theme parks. House has all the amenities needed for cooking meals in the kitchen. Private pool is great place to relax. Plenty of bath towels and pool towels and great to have the rec room with pool table and washer/dryer in the garage. Would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to the Disney area!

Had a great time as this holiday villa. Everything we needed was on hand. Location to Disney was excellent which made travelling backwards and forwards to theme parks easy and not too far for you to go home for a rest during the day. From making our initial enquiry for availability to securing the booking was really easy and owner Ian got back to us very quickly with the answers to any questions we had. Loved the pool and got to see a little wildlife too (hawk and a racoon). Kitchen well equiped and plenty of linen and towels for us to use including beach towels. Thank you.

Theme Park Vacation

We stayed here for a 10 nights as we explored the Orlando area theme parks and the gulf coast of Florida. The property was convenient and clean. During the check in process we realized the property is in a gated community and we didn't have the gate code, but that was cleared up within an hour by sending an e-mail to Ian. We did have follow someone through the gate when we first arrived. The pool was refreshing after a day in the parks. The boys enjoyed playing billiards as well. The kitchen was well stocked and we prepared most of our meals as the waits at the local restaurants were very long. There is grocery shopping very nearby. Overall our stay was very enjoyable and went very smoothly after we got the gate code. Thanks for everything Ian.

2nd stay at this villa just as good as the 1st

We'd stayed here in 2019 so when we got the go ahead to travel to the US again, we knew we wanted to stay again. Staying in a gated community is important to us and also the communication with regards to booking the stay is also important. Both of these aspects met our expectations. Villa had everything we wanted and having stayed there before we knew what to expect. We had everything we needed and especially enjoyed the pool table and at the end of a long day walking around, the comfy couches! The location to Disneyworld parks is really good and even the trip to Universal was not too far. Staying end of August/beginning of September meant the parks weren't as busy as the peak of the summer which was great! To summarise another great stay at this villa and would stay again.

Great value!

We had a lovely time staying in this home. It is convenient to Disney parks and we were usually at the gates of the park within about 20 minutes (faster than waiting for Disney transportation in a Disney hotel). There was plenty of space for my family of 5 to spread out. Also, Ian was very accommodating with requests for early checkin / late check out.

Week of relaxation

This property was exactly as listed online, we were very pleased with the property, the quiet and nature behind the property is beautiful, our only "problem" was the A/C unit, there was not a problem but inconvenience, we come from a colder climate in the Northeast and the temperature inside the house could not be set up less than 72 degrees, this was a problem for us at night, it was a great experience though the pool was great, the house is very spacious and well cared for.

Last minute getaway

Owner and management company great to deal with. The property is very private, with a small inlet on the non-neighbor side of the house and wetlands/mangroves behind. Being a gated small community, as well as being close to a cul-de-sac, it seems like you’re away from EVERYTHING. But in reality, a very short distance from everything this beautiful part of FL has to offer!

Checking in was as simple and straight forward as it could have been. Everything was very clean

Property was very clean and comfortable, very well appointed. Only strange thing was that on bin day, we found our bin fuller than we left it... I think people used our bin to put their rubbish....but really not a big deal We enjoyed our stay very much and felt secure in the resort and house.

An amazing property

A very peaceful property which includes all what you would expect from a family home. All the amenities you require are close to your holiday home. The main theme parks can be reached easily with good road infrastructure as can the main shopping areas. The journey time from Orlando International is approximately 20 to 30 mins but this is dependant on traffic. The house and pool facilities will ensure you have a fantastic family vacation. The villa owners Ian & Simone went out of their way to provide us with all the help and advice we required to enable us to have a fun filled and worry free holiday. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Lovely spacious villa - great value

At the point when we booked the villa, it only had one review, so were unsure of what would await us. We were not disappointed. It was very spacious - the photographs on this site are deceptive due to the generous proportions of the sofas in the living area and the fact it is single storey. Similarly we were surprised by the size of the pool - we expected something slightly larger than a hot tub but it was long enough to do a few good lengths in the morning to wake up (6ft at the deep end). The house was very well provisioned with loads of towels, inflatables in the pool, and a barbecue in the garage. The washing machine and tumble dryer were great and perfect for a longer stay. The property was clean and well maintained. It was also very private - the fact it is in a gated community made it feel very safe. Immediately behind the screening for the pool area was an area of semi-wild 'bush' alive with crickets, cicadas and tree frogs. My son was disappointed (but his mother was relieved) not to see any alligators in the small lake, but there were plenty of lizards, dragonflies, grasshoppers, a neighbourhood raccoon, along with vultures soaring overhead, to make up for it. The kitchen area was adequate for a few cooked meals, and we appreciated the dishwasher and very large fridge. On the flip side, there was a little noise from the neighbours air conditioning unit. The owner was very responsive to our early enquiries when we booked and we would certainly love to stay again.
