Great trip. House is located near everything but also centered between several prime sites to visit. Property manager Lauren was super nice and very responsive. Would stay again.

We enjoyed it!!!

The home was as described. Very clean and spacious. We did have an issue with the homes AC, but the host was attentive and helped us resolve the issue. The pool does need some TLC, there are multiple areas where the concrete has cracked, that did not stop us from using pool. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Would Not stay there again

Dishes were not clean in the cupboard, I washed by hand as we used them, pool was cold even though we paid to have it heated. We requested the outside gas fire pit, but there was no propane and the tubing was melted. They claimed we damaged the pull down shade on the door and charged us for it. It was already broken. A place to rest.

Bring your own supplies. We had to go get trash bags. The batteries in two remotes for the tv’s were dead. We had guest a couple nights and there were not enough forks, plates, and knives so we went and bought plastic ones. We tried multiple times to connect to the WiFi, sometimes things would connect but it would kick off after a while. The pictures look better than what it is. Over priced for what it is.

Disappointed

My family and I stayed at this property for 3 nights and boy were there a few issues that came about. There were tiny ants crawling all over the counter tops and in the coffee pot. We had to clean the counter very well the night that we arrived. There were still more ants the next morning. There were 2 large dead cockroaches in the kitchen when we arrived. We could not use the master room tv due to the remote control not working. There were minimal towels and toilet paper readily available for a family of five. The pool could definitely use some tlc. I was unable to take a bath in the bath tub because the tub wouldn’t fill up. The water just kept draining out. Needless to say the home was a disappointment. We contacted the host with complaints about the ants and us having to clean the kitchen. She offered to have someone come out and spray and clean the kitchen which we declined as we didn’t want that having to be done during our stay. It should have been done before we even arrived. The place was clearly not cleaned thoroughly.

The first night we had an alarm going off all night and couldn't get a hold of management or the owner. The alarm was the door leading into the master bathroom from outback. Needless to say go no sleep that night. Finally got a call the next day and they scheduled their maintenance to come and fix it after telling me it was our error when in fact it wasn't. We never even touched the door. Second night the fire alarm started beeping and wouldn't stop. My husband had to remove it and clean the dust out which seemed to make it stop. Took two days for them to compensate us for the inconvenience but only when I told them I was going to Vrbo. Place is not bad, just needs better cleaning, backyard needs some TLC along with the pool.

Disappointing

Overall, this home was adequate. It needed a more through cleaning. The floors were not very clean. When we walked barefoot in the house, our feet got dirty. There was hair on the bathroom floors and a open sauce container on the kitchen counter. The bed room that was supposed to have a queen and a bunk was actually a queen with a twin trundle. Supplies were minimal. Only two bath towels per bedroom, a single roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and a single dishcloth in the kitchen.

Wonderful Home

My wife and i booked this wonderful home for 7 days and really enjoyed our time there ! Very lovely and quite neighbors, the house had everything we needed as well. The pool does need some work and hopefully it gets done by next time we rent this house again !

If you're looking for a quiet neighborhood, a well maintained home, an amazing yard with a gas firepit, BBQ and beautiful pool area this is your getaway. The host was available for questions and answered quickly. Overall I would give this rental a 10⭐️

My stay at this house was disappointingly negative. Would leave 0 stars if possible.

Upon arrival, we found cockroaches and used diapers, indicating poor cleanliness despite a $180 cleaning fee. Constant early-morning interruptions by unannounced gardeners were unpleasant, and we were surprised to be responsible for trash disposal. One of the most disappointing aspects of our stay was an incident during check-out. When we made the reservation, it was stipulated that check-out would be at 11 am, but when 10 am arrived, I started receiving messages pressuring us to vacate the property immediately. The owner said that the cleaning team was already waiting outside for us to leave. This excessive rush to vacate the property before the previously agreed-upon check-out time made us feel stressed on our last day. Additionally, constant surveillance through security cameras made us feel watched at all times. The owner's complaints about what she observed on the cameras, such as my dog's feces or claims about supervising my pet near the air conditioning equipment, were excessive and made our stay even more uncomfortable. Furthermore, I would like to emphasize that the owner's claims about the lack of supervision of my pet were incorrect. Despite the camera not capturing it due to its limited angle, there was always someone with my pet throughout our stay. Unfounded complaints on this issue only contributed to our sense of unease and mistrust during our stay at the property. This experience left us frustrated and uncomfortable, and I can't recommend this property.
