Welcome to our Dreamy Townhome by Funstay Homes located in Storey Lake Resort, your magical vacation home near Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World and other family fun attractions, malls, and restaurants in Orlando. All guests receive FREE access to resort style pool and lazy river, water slides, splash pad, sand volleyball, tennis and basketball courts, and a fitness center. Rental kayak is also available as well as 9 -hole mini golf course.

You can also grab snacks and sundries at the resort marketplace or enjoy drinks by the pool. We are also only a short distance to the community clubhouse. Whether you want to escape for peace and quiet, or would rather explore for a bit of adventure, Storey Lake Dreamy Townhome can fulfill all of your desires. We are the perfect rental stay for your magical getaway!

ALL guest receive access to Storey Lake Resort including ALL amenities during your stay. No need to worry if you arrive late, we offer keyless pad entry. Additional details will be provided upon booking.

-Pool Heat is available for $30 dollars per night and must be turned on for the duration of the stay. Heating will typically run on a timer from morning to evening each day. If the stay coincides with extremely cold temperatures, the water may not heat all the way to the desired temperature. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to add this to your reservation.
-Please kindly note that Pool Heat is Not offered throughout (April to October) due to increased outside air temperature/summer heat and humidity with not being able to feel the full effects.
-Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter indoors.
-Please note that Storey Lake registration system requires a QR code parking pass for resort access. A valid email address will be requested after booking to send your parking pass.
-You must be 25 years of age to book.
- There is no usable BBQ grill on property, however, a BBQ grill with propane can be rented and delivered for your entire stay by a local vendor for an additional charge. If you may be interested, please let us know and we will provide you more information for setup.
- Guests are expected to respect resort quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. We reserve the right to remove guests who violate these rules and/or cause disturbances in the community.
-We provide a complimentary starter kit/toiletries to get you through the start of your trip. There are local shopping centers nearby should you need to consume more toiletries
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home including the patio and screened in lanai / pool area. Guests found smoking will be required to pay for additional cleaning/deodorizing and will be asked to vacate the property with no refund of rental monies.
- Gatherings with your group are great, but parties and events are not allowed. Any evidence of such will result in a fine and an immediate termination of your booking.
- Pets are not permitted in the home. Any violation of this will result in a 100% forfeit of the stay and a request to vacate the property with immediate effect.
- If any damage occurs during your stay, please let us know. The cost to clean, fix or replace the damage at hand will be billed to your reservation. Damages may include any stained or missing items both inside and outside the home. Thank you for your understanding as we strive to keep our home in wonderful shape for all guests to come. - Please note that this home is considered to be self-catering. We do provide complimentary items to start your trip including one trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent for your use. For additional supplies you may need to consume during your stay, you may purchase them from the nearby local markets.
- We provide standard bath towels, bed linens, and basic kitchenware (pots and pans). Please kindly bring any pool/beach towels, hand towels/washcloths, toiletries, and any condiments, spices, or additional supplies you may need.
- Please kindly note that we are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out due to platform liability policies.
- Please kindly note that USPS does not deliver inside vacation rental resorts in Orlando. We’re unable to be responsible for delivery of mail or packages from any carrier. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.
- Please kindly note that, as part of the resort’s policy, commercial vehicles with business logos, trailers, RVs, or boats are not permitted to park inside the resort.
