Second time we stayed at this wonderful home away from home! Communication with the host was great. The home was clean, well organized and welcoming. We had a fantastic stay at this villa in West Sanctuary, ChampionsGate! The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family. The kids absolutely loved the themed bedrooms — they added such a fun and memorable touch to the trip.The private pool was a huge hit, and the outdoor area was perfect for relaxing while the kids played and swam. The garage game room was another major highlight — we had so much fun playing pool, air hockey, foosball, and darts in the evenings.The villa is located in a quiet, gated community which felt very safe and well-maintained. ChampionsGate is a great area with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the parks. We’d definitely recommend this place to families looking for a fun and comfortable stay in the Orlando area!

This villa has good facilities and is a large layout. We have really enjoyed our stay here. Its located about half an hour from most theme parks and there are several supermarkets within a short drive away. Our children have loved this villa as much as we have.

Lovely vacation home with swimming pool and hot tub

Lovely 4 bed vacation home, plenty of space for us as a family of 4. The property is clean and is well equipped in the kitchen, pool and games room. We had a great time unwinding when we come back from the busy theme parks. It's within driving distance with all the theme parks, and it's in a gated community. I'd definitely recommend jt and would love to come back again next time when we're here.

2 week theme park holiday

We loved this property. The kids in particular had a brilliant time in the pool. The games room was great fun. The house was clean and spacious with everything we needed. The rooms were ideal for our children (7,9, and 11).Simon was prompt at replying to any queries before. He graciously contacted us and offered late check out when he had heard from neighbours the electricity supply was going to be temporarily halted due to work in the street on our leaving day. Overall we were delighted with the house and made lovely memories there.

Very nice villa

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very quick communication from Simon and easy to understand instructions. The villa is in a great location for Disney, shops and restaurants. The villa was well equipped and spacious. There were a couple of little bits where the cleaners missed, but nothing terrible. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you for having us!

Fantastic stay

Had a fantastic time here, initially booked for last year but had to cancel our trip due to hurricane damage and the hosts were lovely and very accommodating. Great location close to parks, shops and international drive. Pool area is amazing, great for chill days, catches the sun all day if you like to sunbathe and the water is the perfect temperature at all times. Kids loved the games room, plenty to keep the whole family entertained. 100% would recommend. Thank you for having us!

Hi, we are Simon, Stephanie & Serena from Barton on Sea, Hampshire, UK. We try to holiday as a family in Florida as often as possible each year as work/education permits. We love the climate, shopping, theme parks and the standard of living.

We discovered this property in 2006 shortly after the previous owners had it built and came back year after year. We love the location with the theme parks and various shopping outlets within easy reach. As the I4 & US27 are close by, all of the Orlando attractions, along with many other places of interest, are very easily accessible and can be arrived at in a short period of travelling time.

We found it a home from home for all the annual visits we have had since our first stay all those years & visits ago. When the opportunity arose and in the sentiments of those famous words of Victor Kiam, we liked it so much we bought the property.......

Our aim is to continue to provide the same level of service and assistance we experienced which, along with the property itself, vastly contributed to the enjoyable stays we have always had and led us to return time after time.

Free wireless internet, cable TV in all bedrooms, games room with pool table, air hockey, & fuss-ball are just some of the highlights.
For families with a small baby or children, there is a large cot, high chair, car booster seat, strollers, baby intercom & sterilizer for guests to use.
No need to bring towels or hair dryers. For guests free of charge use, there is a Sat Nav, a set of golf clubs and normally a few pool inflatables which tend to be left behind by previous guests and ourselves.
One of the most important aspects of your stay is the pool area & this is south facing so provides sunshine all day & the pool & spa (not a hot tub or jacuzzi as it utilises the pool water circulation system) has solar powered heating as standard which generally takes the chill off of the water in the winter months (& can get to well over 80 in the summer), but is dependant on the sun making an appearance and the climate conditions prevailing at the time, so the optional additional electric water heating (UK £12.50 per day) is something you may wish to consider for the water in the pool and spa as this will raise the temperature (but not to that of a bath!).
During the build, the patio area was extended to become one of the larger ones in The Sanctuary so has plenty of room for you all to sit and/or lie out in the sun.
