Unsere Villa bietet bequem Platz für bis zu 8 Personen und befindet sich im Solana Resort, einer prestigeträchtigen Wohnanlage in den 27 US-Bundesstaaten, die einfachen Zugang zu allen wichtigen lokalen Attraktionen bietet (Walt Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Orlando Resort, LEGOLAND Orlando, um nur einige zu nennen) wenige) sowie die Ost- und Westküste. Das SOLANA RESORT ist eine vollständig geschlossene Wohnanlage mit 24-Stunden-Sicherheitsdienst und bietet ein sicheres Urlaubsumfeld mit einem Clubhaus voller Annehmlichkeiten! Das Clubhaus umfasst einen großen Pool, eine Tiki-Bar, einen Fitnessraum, einen Freizeitraum, ein Jaccuzi-Spa im Freien, einen Kinderspielplatz, einen Volleyballplatz und einen 18-Loch-Minigolfplatz für unterhaltsame Familienunterhaltung.

Unsere Villa verfügt über zwei hervorragende Hauptschlafzimmer. Die erste Master-Suite hat direkten Zugang zum Poolbereich und verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit eigenem Bad und einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Die zweite Master-Suite verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, ein eigenes Bad und einen großen Kleiderschrank. Das dritte und vierte Schlafzimmer haben zwei Einzelbetten mit viel Stauraum und teilen sich das dritte Badezimmer. Alle 4 Schlafzimmer sind mit großen Flachbildfernsehern ausgestattet.

Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit allen Geräten und Utensilien, die Sie benötigen, und Sie haben die Wahl zwischen ungezwungenen Mahlzeiten im Speisesaal mit 6 Sitzplätzen sowie einem Frühstückstisch mit 4 Sitzplätzen oder Mahlzeiten im Freien unter der überdachten Veranda des Schwimmbad. Ein Grill steht ebenfalls zu Ihrer Verfügung.

The house is beautiful! We especially loved the pool and spa. Our kids swam every day, and having the privacy screen made it feel comfortable for all of us. We had some flight delays and John and Lorina were so great during the whole process. I highly recommend staying here!

This was not a terrible home. But it wasn't an impressive one either. We didn't know until we got an email 24 hours before our flight, that it didn't stock anything. It's not the biggest deal in the world, I suppose. But I clean VRBOs here in Maine and we make sure guests have plenty of toilet paper, trash bags, seasonings, coffee, etc., to ensure a comfortable stay. The linens were awful. The bedrooms were terribly hot. The vacuum was ancient and broken (wheels kept falling off), yet when I vacuumed the rugs they were noticeably cleaner than when we arrived. I think with a little extra care in the cleaning and management of the property, it could be a great rental. The area and community is wonderful! For us, the house was just just 'meh'.

Absolutely gorgeous Villa. Host couldn’t do enough for us. Any questions were answered straight with happiness and nothing was too much trouble. Checked if everything was ok the next day, brilliant. We had to leave the original villa due to so many issues and John allowed us to check in early to this villa due to our circumstances. Highly recommended.

My family and I always have a great time in Florida and we have always stayed at a Solana Resort home. Oasis Villa hosts are very responsive and the house was immaculate! Close to shopping, Disney, Cocoa Beach and everything else one might need. We will definitely be back!

Perfect vacation rental

My husband and I along with our two children (10,6) had a wonderful time at this rental! The kids absolutely loved the pool and game room. This house is very spacious and kept up well. Not far from shopping, groceries or the parks. No issues during our trip except one day the internet went out. There was an outage but the owner was very responsive. I texted him and he immediately called me about it. Great house and great owners! Would definitely stay again!

Perfect retreat

We had a wonderful stay. The villa was very clean and comfortable. The pool and spa were a highlight of each day. Travel to theme parks was easy and stores for groceries and other last minute items were very close. I recommend Lake Louisa state park within 20 minutes and a nice break from theme parks. All in all, our only regret is not spending more time at the villa enjoying the pool!

Very nice house, near everything.

Great experience. We tend to stay in this area and this was the perfect house for our family. Nice decor, house and pool were clean. Had a question for the property owner when we got there and he not only called but followed up with text. Nice gated community near the parks and relatively close to both coasts. Would definitely stay here again.

We Stayed at this Property Last August and the property was spot on with the way it's described in the description of the home. The property was clean, the kitchen was well stocked. The pool was just what we needed to keep our 4 children happy in the hot wheather as they didn't want to visit the beaches after finding out that salt water is actually salty lol.

Great Villa in Davenport

First time staying in Davenport. I don’t think I’d stay anywhere else now. The villa was absolutely beautiful! You can tell as soon as you enter that Lorina and John (and their Property Mgmt company) take a lot of pride in their home. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. Our twin granddaughters practically lived in the pool. John and the property mgmt team were so incredibly responsive on a couple of very very minor issues - both resolved within minutes. I would absolutely recommend this wonderful home for anyone who wants a very well maintained quiet home for their next vacation. We will absolutely be back. Thank you Lorina and John for allowing us to rent your beautiful home.

Perfect!

We have stayed at Solana many times and this property was my favorite! It was very clean, roomy, and had everything we needed for our 6 night stay. The beds were comfortable and we loved the pool, spa, and game room. Check-in process was smooth and the instructions provided prior to arrival were detailed and easy to follow. The community was quiet, beautifully landscaped, and safe. The community pool, mini golf course, volleyball net, and tiki bar were very entertaining! Communication with the owners and property management company was stellar. Everything was absolutely perfect and we can’t wait to go back!

A great villa in a wonderful community

We had a wonderful family holiday at the Oasis Villa. The villa is well furnished and exactly as described. Our kids had hours of fun in the pool and were thoroughly entertained in the games room. The access to Netflix etc. was a real bonus, especially during periods of poor weather and also in evenings! Communication with John and the management company was so straightforward from start to finish. Security and Solana clubhouse staff are also really friendly and helpful. Having stayed in various communities, Solana is one of the best in the area!

Property was perfect and the pool and hot tub was amazing to come back to on an evening after a lot of walking during the day. The villa provided every thing we needed and more. Only constructive feedback I could give is that it could do with a bit of a deep clean in some areas like down sides of the cushions on sofa and under bed ets. Also replace some of the damaged / worn blinds. The Villa is located pretty Central for most things. Security on gates 24/7 give piece of mind. Close to a number of shops and restaurants. Owner very responsive and helpful. I would be very happy to stay hear again and would happily recommend

Highly Recommend, Great Place!!!

We just stayed at this Property for 11 days, This property was great for our family of four, with no trouble for a bigger family or two family's of 4 to stay here comfortable. The house was very clean and well looked after. The pool area was great with the privacy screen on the bottom. We had a little issue at first with the Spa, But I notified the owner and within 2 hours there was a repair guy in and replaced the seals and had in back up and running within a half hour. The owners are great to deal with and is very helpful with any questions you may have. I will return to this villa with no hesitation, and would recommend to other familys.

The property was modern and nice with a lot of entertainment options in-home (pool, game room, etc). We had an amazing time and felt comfortable. One small complaint is that we didn't know quiet time in the neighborhood began at 11PM. One of the bedrooms is street-side and neighbors played their music loudly and hooped until the curfew every night. It was a little tough with our plans to gate-drop early at parks. Otherwise it was clean and had everything we needed.

We live in Waterdown, Canada and we fell in love with the Walt Disney World area from our first vacation and we never grew bored of this part of Florida. There are so many things to do, from going to the amusement or water parks (and there are so many), to visiting Orlando or going to the nearby beaches (our favorite is Siesta Key) or just enjoying a quiet day in the sun by the pool, Central Florida never disappointed us.

After renting properties in different resorts over the years, we chose Solana Resort as the place where we would like our vacation home to be. The resort is not very big, it is very well maintained, with beautiful grounds and just few miles away from Disney Parks, golf courses, shopping malls and restaurants.
