This beautiful renovated home is close to most of Orlando favorite attractions. You will be located in the historical District of Downtown Kissimmee! You will enjoy a private pool. The pool and jacuzzi are enclosed. Please don't forget to relax on the hammock, great for napping or enjoying your morning coffee. There is a pool table available.This is a convenient 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home located downtown, with easy access to shopping centers, Disney World, Universal Studios, and much more! Only a few minutes walk away from Kissimmee Lakefront Park. You can go for a bike ride and enjoy a beautiful sunset. Disney parks are only an 8-mile drive away. Magic Kingdom Park is 14 miles away. Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park is an 11-mile drive away, and also loop is 3 min drive away. This home is perfect, it is right at the center of downtown Kissimmee FL. Plenty of restaurants and night spots to dance and enjoy good music at walking distance.

The host was quick to respond to any requests and more than helpful with everything we needed. The home was clean and roomy. It was well organized and it was perfect for relaxing and fellowship after our bass fishing tournament. We will stay again and recommend it to anyone that would like a roomy fun atmosphere. Great house in a great location!

We enjoyed our stay. We loved being able to walk to restaurants and downtown area. Lots of things for the kids to do at the house and the pool was great. The pictures are accurate and the place was very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

The host was outstanding. Our heat failed during a cold snap and he has it serviced for us almost immediately after normal working hours. The house was clean and comfortable and larger than it appears from the exterior.

We enjoyed our long weekend at the house. The house had plenty of room and was comfortable for us and our dogs. The pool was the perfect place to relax during hot afternoons. Would definitely stay here again!

The place could have been great but seemed as though everything happened during our week there. Multiple things broke. However host was quick to respond and try to get fixed. Would stay again if place was updated.

Thank you for your feedback. During your stay, two unexpected maintenance issues occurred a temporary kitchen sink clog and a battery issue with the gate motor. Both situations were addressed immediately, and repairs were completed as quickly as possible. We always respond promptly to any guest concerns because providing a comfortable and well-maintained home is very important to us. We’re proud that the majority of our guests have had wonderful stays and have appreciated our quick communication and support. We continuously maintain and improve the property to ensure a great experience for future visitors.

Great place

Good location in downtown Kissimmee. Walked to restaurants and bars. Stayed there for the Mecum show and was easy to get there and enjoy Kissimmee at night. Rooms were as shown and overall great stay for the price.

This was a great home with many areas to relax in and spacious rooms. We enjoyed the pool table and swimming pool. It was clean and had everything we needed.

Amazing location

Our stay was wonderful. Its close to disney parks. Host was super helpful and communicated well. Definitely recommend.
