The house was great location but the listing was not correct. There are neighbors on both sides. And we had to fight to use the community pool. Our first night we went out to the pool and the neighbors were loud in their pool and smoking some stuff that they shouldn't have been. We had to keep the kids inside until they left. The rooms are great and as described. The place wasn't that clean and it was hot when we first got there. We had a few issues and the management responded very quickly. Overall i would stay again and recommend the house to friends. Thank you,Chanda

Perfect spot!

This was a great fit for our family! We had ages 11-70 and between lounging at the pool and the game room, everyone had a great time. It was centrally located for all the events we wanted to do and was easy to get to groceries or places to eat.Ask for the heated pool add on and bring your own pool toys or purchase cheap from the nearby Walmart. The pool is a gem and so fun to swim after a long day!My ONLY wish and suggestion for the future would be to provide a fan for each room. Only one room had it and we found that even though there was air conditioning, it had to be set at 72 and that made for muggy bedrooms with little airflow at night. Such a great house! Thank you!

Nice property

The property was very nice and the house supplied everything you would need. Not pristine in terms of cleanliness but not horrible either. Plenty of things for the kids to do if you’re bringing family. Overall I’m pretty satisfied with the property

Great for families with various ages

This property exceeded our expectations. Each family member was able to have a secluded place to return to at end of each day, and there was room to gather as a family. The pool was great for our family of five. Property was very clean.

Base for major sporting event.

The property provided us with an ideal base for our stay in Kissimmee and allowed our grand children to prepare for their BJJ event at the Silver Spurs Stadium last weekend.

Beautiful property close to everything!

This property was perfect for my family’s Spring break trip. The home is beautiful and has everything we needed for a week-long stay. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. It’s very close to Disney and only 15-20 minutes from Universal. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and lots of shopping. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend without hesitation!

Not recommended for little kids.

It's a decent house but not recommended for small kids. This house has no bathtub to bathe the kids. When I checked in, I asked for a baby crip. They dropped off a pack and played for an additional $70. Then I opened the closets in the bedroom and found two additional packs 'n Play. I stayed for 3 days. I asked to turn on the heat for the pool, and I was willing to pay and the refused to do it. end up be without using the pool. Again, it's a decent house for adults. The service is not the best. They will try to charge you for every move you make, but not recommended for little kids.

Good for short notice vacation

I don’t know if people were messing with other people’s trash at night or they have a dog or raccoon issue. The morning after I arrived, I went to take the trash out and trash was all in the bin and around it. I contacted the property management and they took care of it right away ( good job). So the next morning the trash that I put out was in the manner. I put on gloves and cleaned it up, but from then on I took the trash to the dumpster. While riding to the dumpster I could see other peoples trash done the same way. This is the only issue I feel is worth mentioning at this point.

Family volleyball trip

This house is a great size for our family of 7. It is just as described and decorated very well. The game room and pool were used daily and nice and clean. The basketball game could use a few more balls ;). Brand new grill was great. Huge closets and tvs in each bedroom. They provided plenty of extra bedding and pillows, pack n' play, baby bath, kitchen appliances. Would stay here again. Great location to sam's club, walmart, and aldi. Washer and dryer worked well. Ice machine worked great. Check in and check out were hard 4pm and 10 am. A little flexibility would be appreciated. Furniture on main floor and outside is getting a little rickety/wobbly. Could use a couple nice loungers outside by pool. Must be a few rentals in a row because we had a neighbor for the 1st week that had 6 vehicles there, lots of people, and swimming till 230 in the morning. Nice security workers at the entrance. Overall, it was a good choice! We had volleyball at the orange county convention center and had to deal with traffic but never took more than 25 min to get there. Thank you!!

Not Exactly What We Expected

Pros: Heated pool, themed rooms were super fun for the kiddos and great communication by the host. It wasn’t a far drive to Disney (maybe 15 min) and there is a Target less than a mile away. Cons: Ice machine did not work. There was a water leak in the garage/game room that was right by electrical cords so unfortunately we didn’t feel safe playing in the game room, which was unfortunate. The host did respond and got someone out there to fix it as we were leaving the property. The house definitely has a lot of wear and tear so it is not as nice as the pictures portray. There was a party going on next door both nights we were there. They were very loud and the walls are thin so we could hear everything they were doing while trying to go to bed. Suggest bringing noise machines to help drown out noises. Overall it was a decent stay and met our needs, but not quite what we expected from the pictures and reviews.

Check in nightmare

The house was nice enough BUT the check in process was awful and terribly long. There were a ton of hoops to jump through. We will seriously reconsider a VrBO home if the same management company is tied to it. Pool was nice. There was zero contact with property managers even though I emailed twice. Also be on the lookout if you don’t want the pool heated. They will try to charge you anyways!

Good value and amenities

Good location and home had a lot of amenities. Nice hiking trails nearby and convenient to area attractions. The neighborhood appeared to be predominately rental properties and there was some audible noise from neighboring properties. Overall we were happy with the house and it met our needs at a reasonable price.

Perfect Vacation Home

Absolutely wonderful property! We would definitely return. The themed rooms were adorable and amazing. The house was clean and easy. The process was so easy to book and the price was very reasonable the neighborhood was safe and close to a lot. Love it! We’ll definitely be back.
