We loved this house, there was so much space. Super clean and equiped with all the necessary appliances. I was not happy with only have 1 roll of toliet paper per bathroom and 1/2 a roll of paper towels (for a week). There were also no basic spices(salt and pepper). We ended up having to buy esentials for bathroom and kitchen.I choose this house primarily for the pool and we were not able to use it even once in a week long stay. It is beautiful but not heated.

We enjoyed our stay and the pool. Plenty of room. Kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. We were wondering though, what is best to use to get the fish in the water behind the house to bite? For next time :)

Amazing getaway! Pool was wonderful! Since the pool was always in the sun it was always the perfect temperature. Airconditioning temperature was great! Very quiet and beautiful pond to look at. Recommendation: if guest leave non perishable food and condiments(salt, pepper, seasonings...) allow maid to leave for next guest. We have stayed at many VROB's and its always so helpful when you have some basics to start with. Also, a few more pool towels. There were only 2 so, we did leave one more but since the pool is a huge draw at least for us. At least 4 pool towels would have been nice. These are just suggestions to make what is an absolutely amazing house even better. I would recommend this house! You will not be disappointed.

Family Trip to Disney

The house is nice and clean. Comfortable beds for all 6 family members. Quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed morning coffee by the pool while watching water fowl on the pond, behind the house. Also utilized the pool after long days at the parks. Not too far from Disney parks and easy to avoid most heavy traffic. Would stay at this property again, if we had the opportunity.

I chose this property in the Uk and when we arrived the property was exactly as advertised. It was extremely clean and well appointed. The location was in a cul de sac and was quiet and peaceful. It was easy to reach all the tourist locations although most has long traffic jams on the roads. My husband and I were both extremely satisfied with the property.

Quiet and relaxing

First let me say the pictures don’t do this place justice. It was beautiful, clean, quiet, and in a very central area of Orlando where it wouldn’t take very long to get to all the places you would want/need to go. This place thought of everything you could need. The pool was awesome not only because it was screened in, but the view of the pond and its various wildlife was serene. The neighborhood was very quiet, so it felt like we were home. The host Michael was wonderful and very responsive. We had no issues at all during our stay. We will still be staying here again.

As we can't be there all the time we want to share this with people so that they can experience the magic and wonder that is Orlando. We really love visiting our home form home and hope that you will enjoy it as much as we do. Having a holiday villa has significant advantages over staying in a hotel primarily because of the amount of space you can have. You can choose to eat in using the fully equipped kitchen, buy in a pizza or just use it as a place to rest your head at the end of each day. On much needed rest days (between visiting the theme parks) our home is perfect to just chill out around the pool and relax. At the end of the day, you can put the kids to bed and sit out by the pool enjoying a nice glass of wine. The location provides easy access to restaurants, shopping, entertainments and the theme parks as well as nature reserves, mini golf and a petting farm, so there is something for everyone to enjoy.
