Our recently updated home is located in a quiet neighborhood families, couples, traveling professionals yet only a few minutes walk to so many great restaurants and bars downtown Lees Summit has to offer.



This 4 bedroom (all KING BEDS!!!) and 1.5 bath home has beautiful natural light and it is the perfect get away to relax, have a cup of coffee in the lounge, or just read a book during the daylight. This is a central location walking distance from all restaurants and shops. Easy highway access- only 20mins away from downtown Kansas City. Located in a quiet neighborhood with a large fenced back yard, fire pit and grill.

Guest Access:

Check-in is completely contact free—guests use a key pad to unlock the home from the front entrance. The home is all yours. You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out.



The Neighborhood:

Located near downtown Lees Summit in one of the most vibrant neighborhoods in KC metro with families, professionals, artists and entrepreneurs.



Getting Around:

-If you're not bringing your car we have ample parking. Uber/Lyft are your very accessible.



Other Things to Note:

HOUSE RULES:

No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings or No Unregistered guests. Please indicate the number of guests prior to booking.



PETS:

We welcome well behaved pets with prior host approval. Please include your pet in the reservation. The platform only allows one pet fee—additional pets must be paid separately via the Resolution Center or invoice. Pet fee is $50 per pet, per stay. All pets must be pre-approved.

Guests must clean up after their pets. Unauthorized or unreported pets may result in fines up to $500, plus any damages or extra cleaning.



Be kind to the neighbors.

Do NOT block their parking spots/driveways.



If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.

Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are available if you cancel more than five days before your arrival, minus any processing fees. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within five days of arrival.



Interaction with Guests:

You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
