Getting Around:

Our home is conveniently located near downtown Lee's Summit, providing easy access to public transportation, ridesharing services like Uber and Lyft, and car rental agencies. Whether you prefer to walk, take the bus, arrange a ride, or explore at your own pace with a rental car, transportation options are readily available. Ample parking is also provided at our property for your convenience.



Other Things to Note:

No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $1000 fine if these rules are violated.



Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. There is a noise curfew of 10 pm. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am. Please, at all times, be mindful of the neighbors and residents around you.



PETS:

We welcome well behaved pets with prior host approval. Please include your pet in the reservation. The platform only allows one pet fee—additional pets must be paid separately via the Resolution Center or invoice. Pet fee is $50 per pet, per stay. All pets must be pre-approved.

Guests must clean up after their pets. Unauthorized or unreported pets may result in fines up to $500, plus any damages or extra cleaning.



Trip-Related Issues - From time to time, things happen! And when they do, we want the opportunity to fix them immediately, so you can continue enjoying your stay. If any issues come up, please let us know so we can try our best to fix it right away!



Our check-in time is 4pm and check out is 10 am. There are no exceptions to this rule unless previously agreed upon with the host.



NOTE: There are exterior security cameras at the entrance of the home for the safety of our tenants and for the security of the residence and our guests. The cameras are all pointing away from the home and are in public view and are recording 24/7



Interaction with Guests:

You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
