With quick access to I-470, only a short drive away from all of KC's best spots: Country Club Plaza, P&L, T-Mobile Arena, Crown Center, Westport, KC Zoo, Worlds/Oceans of Fun, Union Station and more!

Our driveway can fit 3 cars. It is a shared driveway with our neighbor, please park to the side closest to our house.

Our home is ideally situated just a short distance from downtown Lee's Summit. You'll find an abundance of local shops, restaurants, cafes, and entertainment options nearby. Explore the charming downtown area, known for its historic buildings, boutique shops, and vibrant arts scene. Don't miss the local farmers' market, where you can find fresh produce and unique handmade goods.



The nearby youth sports facilities make it convenient for families attending tournaments, ensuring they have a stress-free stay.



For outdoor enthusiasts, there are several beautiful parks and trails in the area. Take a leisurely stroll or bike ride through Legacy Park, or enjoy a picnic in the green spaces of Howard Park.

Guest Access:

The home is all yours. You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out.



The Neighborhood:

Spend days on Longview Lake, cheering on the Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium, or exploring the lively downtown filled with tons of mouthwatering BBQ joints, craft breweries, and local shops - all located within a few miles from this property.



Getting Around:

Our neighborhood is very walkable. You can walk to downtown Lee's Summit for the best bars, shops and restaurants. It is a 5min walk from this house. A car is recommended to get to some Downtown KC attractions. Access to the highway is easy. Uber and Lyft are also very great options and easily available.



Other Things to Note:

HOUSE RULES:

No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $500 fine if this rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.



PETS:

We welcome well behaved pets with prior host approval. Please include your pet in the reservation. The platform only allows one pet fee—additional pets must be paid separately via the Resolution Center or invoice. Pet fee is $50 per pet, per stay. All pets must be pre-approved.

Guests must clean up after their pets. Unauthorized or unreported pets may result in fines up to $500, plus any damages or extra cleaning.



Interaction with Guests:

You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
