So easy to book, check in and check out. Trevor was incredibly responsive and the property is just right. Stayed for soccer games in the area with another family and it worked out perfectly.

We could not have asked for a better VRBO than Lee's Summit Retreat!!!!! It truly was our home away from home for a long weekend in KC! Thank you hosts for THE BEST VRBO we have stayed in thus far in our travels! The accommodations were exactly as described and the communication was smooth!!! Excellent communication with host. Super easy check in, all details provided prior to arrival. Check out was a breeze too! Kitchen is very well stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, kitchen towels, and bbq tools. Kitchen appliances were spotless. Plenty of bath linens as well. We had toddlers, so appreciated the downstairs open space and large driveway for play.

The hosts were good to us. They included some helpful suggestions and recommendations about the area. The property had all new appliances which was nice. The home was clean and well kept. Our family felt at home in this home away from home.

This was a fantastic property with room for the whole family to not be on each other's toes. The kitchen had basically everything one would want. The downstairs play area was a big hit. It's located very centrally in Lee's Summit so there is lots to eat within a couple miles. There were lots of little extras that just made the house some place we wanted to keep coming back to.

Communication with the host was top notch. House was clean and well kept. We loved the location for all the fun things we did. We had a famiky of four and there was more than enough room for all of us. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

The rental was fantastic, and the Genslers were very easy to work with. They were very accommodating with check in and check out times, which was great with our hectic convention schedule. The neighborhood was very quiet, but also only a couple blocks from places to eat or get groceries. There was plenty of parking for the 4 vehicles we had, which sounds silly but makes a huge difference when everybody is coming from a different place!

The house was adorable and the location was excellent. Close to shops, restaurants and activities. Everything we wanted/needed to do was within 10 minutes. I loved all the extra amenities that were provided such as coffee filters and coffee for the coffee pot. A lot of extra pillows and blankets in each room. The spare rooms each had a small extra fan which was really helpful. My husband and kids are used to sleeping with a fan. My kids also really enjoyed the game room. Overall a great experience.

Beautifully remodeled home in a quiet neighborhood. Beds and showers are great. Kitchen is really nice and has all you need. Easy access to the highway but quiet. Nice restaurants nearby. Foosball table, games, puzzles, and arcade were great fun! A revamp of the outdoor furniture is really the only thing this lovely home needs to be perfect. Host was great as well.
