A fully renovated kitchen features quartz stone countertops, a farmhouse sink, all new custom built-in cabinets, a four burner gas stove/oven, and a generously sized refrigerator perfect for family meals at home.

The adjacent dining space has bench seating and chairs, with plenty of space to accommodate six. There is the adjacent first bedroom down, a queen with a sofa daybed for one more, a large mounted flat screen TV, storage, and privacy doors, and is located in close proximity to a renovated shared full bath with a tub/shower combo.
