This cottage has undergone several renovations (kitchen & bathrooms) and has designer furnishings throughout the home.
Park in your own dedicated private driveway with parking for two cars! This coastal retreat is located just steps to the beach access at Savannah Pavilion. A beachfront lot has been converted to your own private park with a sandy footpath that leads to a beachfront seating area with two Adirondack chairs to enjoy the incredible sunsets. A perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail.
The first level includes a spacious king primary bedroom with its own renovated ensuite private bathroom. The king primary has new designer furnishings, a large mounted flat-screen TV, a small closet, and a private bathroom with dual marble vanities and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. The second bedroom is a queen bedroom with a closet and plenty of hooks for storage. It shares a full hall bathroom. The king and queen bedrooms have shared access to a rear screened-in porch with two rockers, a perfect place to relax while listening to the waves crash. The third bedroom down features two twins, a dresser, a small closet, and plenty of hooks for your beach gear. This bedroom shares the full hall bath with the queen; this shared bathroom features a single vanity and a tub & shower combination.
Head up the stately staircase to discover stunning gulf views that flood the entire second-floor living area. To the left is a recently renovated kitchen complete with Gulf views, a breakfast bar with seating for two, a built-in desk for working remotely, and all the kitchen necessities for dining in.
