Dieses strahlende Refugium verfügt über zwei neu renovierte Badezimmer in jedem Schlafzimmer und die Schlafzimmer haben Zugang zu möblierten vorderen und hinteren Veranden. Die vorderen und hinteren abgeschirmten Veranden werden ebenso Teil des Wohnraums sein wie die Innenräume. Die hintere Veranda überblickt den professionell gestalteten Hinterhof mit einem essbaren Garten, der von einem Gärtnermeister gepflegt wird. Auf der größeren Veranda können Sie im Freien speisen oder einfach nur ein erfrischendes Getränk von den Schaukelstühlen genießen.

Das Haus ist durchgehend mit Originalkunstwerken eingerichtet und kombiniert wiedergewonnene architektonische Antiquitäten mit einfallsreichen zeitgenössischen Stücken. Die Küche ist zum Wohnbereich hin offen und mit Geräten ausgestattet, um die jeder Gourmetkoch beneiden würde. Die Küche ist komplett mit erstklassigen Kochgeräten von einem Gourmet Viking Dual Fuel-Edelstahlofen, einem Bosch-Geschirrspüler, Gourment-Messern, einem Keurig, einer Nespresso-Maschine und sogar Kaffeepads ausgestattet. Die Küchenoberflächen aus Granit erstrecken sich mit einer großen Waschmaschine und einem Trockner zum angrenzenden Waschraum. Eine gewölbte Decke und ein offener Innenraum tragen zum natürlichen und weitläufigen Licht bei, das Lady on the Beach ausstrahlt.

Das erste Hauptschlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett verfügt über ein komplett renoviertes privates Badezimmer auf der Vorderseite, ein zweites Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem komplett renovierten privaten Vollbad auf der Rückseite des Hauses und ein Schlafsofa mit Queensize-Bett im Wohnzimmer, auf dem sechs Personen bequem schlafen können Ihr nächster Strandurlaub.

It really has everything we want - big open living room, stocked kitchen & coffee setup, screened in porch and comfortable king bed. Perfect for a couple, and the second bedroom makes it a great option for kids or even another couple. Short walk to town and to the beach. Doesn’t get much better!

Perfect Location, Perfect Stay!

We stayed here with our 4 month old son on our first family vacation and it was the perfect spot! We wanted to have a short walk to the beach and restaurants/shops and this was tucked away right behind the main circle. The house was in perfect condition when we arrived and the check-in/out instructions were easy to follow. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great beach stay!

We have rented this unit twice before. Love the location.

They got to a point that they did not know us from Adam after we had spent over 100 k with them. Priperties were getting outdated. They were just order takers. Homeowners Collection has given them competition and taken over better properties. You have been proactive with us and this survey is an example. You should always train your people to understand how powerful it is when your clients go home and tell all their family and friends of their experience with your company.

Beautiful space, tastefully furnished, very convenient to town square, restaurants, beach and pool. The rental management staff were extremely responsive to some minor issues like burnt-out light bulbs. There was nothing major that needed taking care of! We would enjoy coming back and I would highly recommend this place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The layout of the home was perfect for two couples! The split bedrooms/baths allowed for privacy and the common area was well planned. We did not use the Loft area so I can’t speak to the configuration or furnishings. In addition, we loved the two screened in porches, the potted plants/flowers and appreciated the outdoor fans. On a side note, we did feel the sofa coverings, duvet/comforters and outdoor cushions were stained and probably need to be replaced, at the end of the season. And the home could use a good dusting and cleaning. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation and look forward to returning to Seaside soon!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was in a good location with very easy access to the beach. Close to restaurants and literally feet from Seaside circle. The owners have updated the appliances in the kitchen and the bathrooms, however, the cookware is older and very mismatched, so we had trouble finding lids to pots, etc. Also there are several corded and cordless phones throughout the unit that aren't in use and taking up space and collecting dust that should be removed from the unit. Overall, the unit was clean, but there are picture frames, knick-knacks,etc. that don't look like they've been dusted in quite awhile. It's a nice unit, but could use just a little more updating to be on par with some of the other places we've stayed in Seaside. Whenever we had questions, the rental agency was very responsive and the ability to communicate through text was very convenient.
