Lady on the Beach befindet sich in günstiger Lage im Stadtzentrum, in der Nähe der Ruskin Place Artist Colony, des Hauptplatzes am Meer und natürlich des Strandes. Lady on the Beach ist eines der wenigen einstöckigen Häuser in Seaside / d

Dieses strahlende Refugium verfügt über zwei neu renovierte Badezimmer in jedem Schlafzimmer und die Schlafzimmer haben Zugang zu möblierten vorderen und hinteren Veranden. Die vorderen und hinteren abgeschirmten Veranden werden ebenso Teil des Wohnraums sein wie die Innenräume. Die hintere Veranda überblickt den professionell gestalteten Hinterhof mit einem essbaren Garten, der von einem Gärtnermeister gepflegt wird. Auf der größeren Veranda können Sie im Freien speisen oder einfach nur ein erfrischendes Getränk von den Schaukelstühlen genießen.

Das Haus ist durchgehend mit Originalkunstwerken eingerichtet und kombiniert wiedergewonnene architektonische Antiquitäten mit einfallsreichen zeitgenössischen Stücken. Die Küche ist zum Wohnbereich hin offen und mit Geräten ausgestattet, um die jeder Gourmetkoch beneiden würde. Die Küche ist komplett mit erstklassigen Kochgeräten von einem Gourmet Viking Dual Fuel-Edelstahlofen, einem Bosch-Geschirrspüler, Gourment-Messern, einem Keurig, einer Nespresso-Maschine und sogar Kaffeepads ausgestattet. Die Küchenoberflächen aus Granit erstrecken sich mit einer großen Waschmaschine und einem Trockner zum angrenzenden Waschraum. Eine gewölbte Decke und ein offener Innenraum tragen zum natürlichen und weitläufigen Licht bei, das Lady on the Beach ausstrahlt.

Das erste Hauptschlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett verfügt über ein komplett renoviertes privates Badezimmer auf der Vorderseite, ein zweites Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem komplett renovierten privaten Vollbad auf der Rückseite des Hauses und ein Schlafsofa mit Queensize-Bett im Wohnzimmer, auf dem sechs Personen bequem schlafen können Ihr nächster Strandurlaub.

Perfect Location, Perfect Stay!

We stayed here with our 4 month old son on our first family vacation and it was the perfect spot! We wanted to have a short walk to the beach and restaurants/shops and this was tucked away right behind the main circle. The house was in perfect condition when we arrived and the check-in/out instructions were easy to follow. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great beach stay!

The location can't be beat on a quiet side street one block from Seaside Central and 2 blocks from the beach.
