Auf der ersten Etage dieses eleganten Meer eintritt, FL Strandhaus werden Sie sich im geräumigen Foyer finden. Gehen Sie nach links und betreten Sie eines der beiden Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett im ersten Stock. Ein luxuriöses privates Bad aus Marmor steht Ihnen zur Verfügung. Das zweite Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett, eigenem Bad und Etagenbetten in einem angrenzenden Raum, der durch Taschentüren getrennt ist, ist perfekt für Kinder. Beide Schlafzimmer führen auf die möblierte private Terrasse, wo Sie sich entspannen und die Sonne und den Klang des Golfs von Ihrer Terrasse aus genießen können.
Kopf auf bis in den zweiten Stock und genießen Sie die offene Küche mit Viking Geräte und das neu eingerichtete Wohnzimmer mit einem Flachbild-Fernseher und DVD. We oooked several meals during our stay and found the kitchen was small and disorganized-the pots and pans were under the sink! I would recommend but let people know the kitchen was awkward.

Wonderful vacation in Seaside

Great house in a great location!

We had a wonderful time at Wave the Wheat. The house is steps away from the ocean and Seaside (town square). You can hear the surf at night, and walk to all of the amenities in Seaside or Watercolor. The finishes in the home are fantastic. The beach access is great from the Pensacola Pavilion, and is just far enough away from the Seaside proper beach that you're not on top of each other. We highly recommend Wave the Wheat and look forward to our next stay!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 2nd year at Wave The Wheat. The house is great for families with older children. The master is upstairs and the kids have their own space on the lower level. The house is well-stocked with anything that you need. If anything is missing, it's a quick phone call or text and you will be taken care of. Seaside has changed a lot over the years. The crowds during our summer trip were a bit chaotic. The only drawback to being in this house is that it is RIGHT in the middle of the nighttime "parade" of cars and loud noises on 30a. This goes pretty late into the night. The trade off is having the beach steps from your back door! We love Wave The Wheat. Thank you!

It was super clean and had everything we needed for the week. We loved how close it was to the beach and to the town square. The rental company we used, Homeowners Collection, was so great before our stay and during our stay. Communication was A !! They were so accommodating to all our needs and very helpful! We would for sure vacation again in Seaside and use Homeowners Collection and rent the beach home Wave the Wheat again!! We loved our time there and made so many memories.

Nice House. Terrible Beds

I've seen better at 4-h camp. The owners or management could improve the sleeping situation by investing a small amount in some at least decent beds. Again, it's a great house and an awesome location, a prime location. They just need to invest in some better sleeping.

Yearly family getaway

Location Can not be beat as it is literally a few steps away from town square and the beach. This home had everything we would could need but again, the location is amazing . The home had a water leak occur during our stay and the home collection group quickly came to assess and resolve the problem and it did not negatively affect our trip. I have utilized other home rental services in tbe seaside area and this one takes the cake in my opinion because of their great communication before and during the stay. They offer a lot of great information about seaside upon arrival and I will most definitely be utilizing this rental service again in the future! This home was also the cleanest I’ve stayed at compared to another rental group we’ve utilized in the past.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and house. The only complaint I have is I called 3 times to get the TV fixed, and they finally came. The service guy said they had called someone to come fix the cable, and they never showed up nor did anyone ever check with us to see if it was fixed. This was our fall break and on a Saturday for college football, as well as a grandmother who couldn’t be out in the sun, 24/7. Really disappointed in the service but as long as the tv worked, would stay here again.

Seaside fun!

We enjoyed our stay at Wave the Wheat and the location was great as it was literally a 2 minute walk to our chairs on the beach and the stores and restaurants in Seaside. It was a smaller home than we normally rent in Seaside but all 3 bedrooms were nice size with king beds. The bunk room is tiny but allowed for 2 more guests so that was good. The property management company was great…they informed us before we arrived that the wood boards in the walkway up to the front door were very loose and that unfortunately they would not be repaired until after our visit so be careful! Thank goodness they did because you could not tell until you were walking on them and they were somewhat dangerous. Hopefully that has been taken care of. now. The kitchen faucet was very loose and completely came unattached from the counter and they had a plumber out immediately to repair it and it was good from then on. One issue we had was that every so often there was a bad smell in the downstairs bedroom with the bunk room attached. After a few days we finally realized it was only happening when the vent/fan was on in the bathroom. As long as that fan was not on there was no smell. All in all it is a great house and we would stay there again!!

Website Pictures Deceiving and has Nothing good but View

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was not what the website made it look like. It looks large on pictures. Rooms have King beds yes, but it is so small. The King upstairs with bathroom has so many issues. I need full page for it. The WiFi is terrible (people can't be on phones, etc all at once) The place is old and dirty. No upgrades in 20 years. The living chairs filthy and old. Light bulbs out everywhere. Windows so filthy the View is MUTE! Dishwasher tray is broken the dishes fall out when you pull out all the way. Patio chairs are filthy we had to do a thorough cleaning before their use. The upstairs shower has a glass gap so wide the water leaks out you have to put a towel to catch it or it goes everywhere. I mean 15,000.00 for this. Crazy, I have rented so much nicer for this kind of money. At Seaside. I didn't contact the mgmt becasue I didn't want to stir it up and complain but I am going to reem you on Yelp or other sight. If its the owners that are cheap and not wanting to upgrade ok but they are missing repeats. Look at how many times I have stayed at Seaside using Homeowners. 13 years I have been renting there including Cottage Rental AGency. All I can say.... its the mgmt company and the owners are missing it here.

But, I'm very sorry we clearly missed the mark during your stay.
