Das familienfreundliche Strand ist ideal zum Surfen, Angeln und Sammeln von Muscheln. Dieses 2-Schlafzimmer, 2-Bad, liegt direkt am Meer Wohnung in der William and Mary-Komplex in Carolina Beach ist für eine Familie von 6 geeignet. Das Wohnzimmer und die Küche sind direkt am Meer, während die beiden Schlafzimmer Straßenseite sind. Draußen sitzen und eine Dosis von frischer Luft auf dem Meer Deck, ideal für Mahlzeiten im Freien und Sonnenbaden zu bekommen. Das Gerät verfügt über WiFi.

Great location, plenty of beach at high tide. Condo was very clean and conveniently located near restaurants and the boardwalk. The ocean view was wonderful!

Your night stay for Jeep Jam

The property was decent. Nothing extravagant but served the purpose. Could definitely use some updates as the smaller bedroom has an 18” 1990’s TV in it. My grown daughter (29) laughed at the comforter because she had the same comforter when she was 10. So, definitely could use some minor decor updates. Nice location. Nice view of the ocean. Easy check in/check out.

A place to stay but not much more than that. Beds and couch are dilapidated. Large hole patched in the ceiling in one of the bedrooms. Had two cockroaches during the stay.

I apology that you found the sand on the floors and furniture, after a Hurricane, wind driven sand is all over and very difficult to get up, but we would have been happy to send someone over to address that. The dumpster for the complex is acrossed the street in the additional parking area, I am sorry that you did not receive that in the notifications that we send out. I hope that you had a great vacation and will come back to see our beautiful beaches next year.

Great view, older property could use updates.

Great ocean view. Condo was clean, however, property is older and could use some updates. The floors creaked and you could hear the upstairs people walking about as if it was in the condo itself. Bathrooms definitely could use updates. The bed was uncomfortable. Wish the property had an elevator - up and down 3 flights for older folks was a bit tough.

Short review

The day before we left for our ocean front condo, we were informed that the property next door to our condo had a water leak that effected our condo and we had to find another location to stay. The place that we reload located to was not ocean front and didn't allow for a short walk to the beach for 2 younger children and a handicapped mother in law. The location we had to stay at was a wonderful, clean and nice place. I just didn't allow for easy access to the beach for our family.

The property was clean. The check-in and check out process was easy. Our family enjoyed our stay at the beach. The property is close to the boardwalk and, to other areas such as grocery stores, Pharmacy, and restaurants. The Fort Fisher aquarium, and civil war post is a short drive south from tje property. Overall, we are happy with our stay and would return again.

Location Was Good

Communication with property management was helpful and timely. Condo is definitely in need of repair. The salt air of the beach has taken a toll -- rust found everywhere, including massive spots on the side of the refrigerator. Very disconcerting. I do not hold the management company accountable for the state of the condo; I feel the owners could do more.
