Kommen Sie und genießen Sie die schöne Aussicht auf den Strand vom vorderen Balkon und die intercoastal Wasserstraße vom hinteren Balkon. Entspannen Sie sich und verbringen Sie Zeit mit Freunden und Familie in dieser familienorientierten Unterkunft und am Strand. Der vordere Balkon ist ideal, um sich tagsüber zu sonnen, den Wellen zu lauschen und abends die Meeresbrise mit einem kühlen Getränk in der Hand zu genießen.
VOLLSTÄNDIG RENOVIERT im Jahr 2016 ... NEUE Fußböden, Küchenarbeitsplatten, Herd, Geschirrspüler, Waschtische, Matratzen und vieles mehr ... 2017 Wannen erneuert, Wohnzimmermöbel usw.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad. Es gibt 2 weitere Schlafzimmer, eines mit einem Queensize-Bett und das andere mit 2 Doppelbetten über vollen Kojen. Macht ein tolles Kinderzimmer. Meine Teenager bringen Freunde mit und beanspruchen diesen Raum immer.

The place is excellent, and the beach access is just across the street. Although we went for the Ironman, we enjoyed a lot in a very short time.

We had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect. Very spacious & clean. Had everything we needed for a comfy stay. The check in instructions were super thorough & easy to follow. The condo is conveniently located between two public beach accesses with a short walk. The views are AMAZING. The condo is also a short drive to shops, restaurants, the boardwalk, the aquarium. We had such a good time. 10/10 will be back.

Andy was awesome! Super friendly and helpful about the area…always quick to respond! The place was in a good location, good size. The only negative was I don’t think the cleaning crew made much of an attempt to clean before we got there, it was definitely cleaner when we left than when we arrived. That part is kind of a bummer since we have to pay a cleaning fee. The sheets/towels were clean so it wasn’t a huge deal just surprising given the reviews. Overall a great stay and Andy was a great host! Thanks for the stay!

Our family loved this rental. The views were better than anticipated and the beach access was very convenient. Our boys especially loved the very comfortable couches in the living room. Very well kept and clean.

First visit to Carolina Beach

Location to beach is great. Condo is beautiful and spacious, plenty of amenities. Kitchen very well stocked. Bedding and towels provided. Washing machine and dryer in rental. Beautiful view from front and back decks. Pool very nice. Only complaint is the parking situation…two cars permitted, but any time we used our car we took the chance that we wouldn’t have a parking spot upon return. Other than that, we hope to return!

Home away from home

Stayed with my family including little kids, teenager, and adult children and spouses. I loved the patio/outdoor entrance to the condo. It had a place to hang those wet towels. I can't say enough good things about this condo. It was perfect for our family. Would recommend. The parking is tight and there is no elevator but the condo is worth it.

The condo was EXCELLENT. We stayed for a week with several of our adult children.Some key pros include:- The location is perfect; walk to the beach access was very short. - The condo had everything we needed.- The street is nice and calm, even on weekends.- Andrew was very responsive. We had an internet issue that was due to the provider, and he responded very quickly.- Host provided a number of extras including beach stuff so we didn't have to bring it, like chairs and a cart.- The balcony on the front AND back was a favorite feature so we could look out over the beach or the intracoastal waterway. After staying at many different places, Carolina Beach is our new favorite beach vacation location, and this condo was a perfect place to experience all it had to offer. We will definitely be back!

Outstanding views from the top condo deck!!

The tv remotes may need new batteries! The refrigerator did not seem to get or stay as cold as it should be. Freezer was fine. The decks and views were all outstanding and made the stair climb up to the top worth it. Thank you so much!

Fantastic Views!

A clean and comfortable place to stay. We were traveling for my daughter's 13th birthday, so this was perfect for each adult to have her own room and then the bunk room for all the kids. Easy access to the beach and marvelous views from both front and back balconies. Plus, Andrew was responsive and kind!

Great stay and gorgeous views!

The condo location was fantastic and owner was super nice and helpful! The view was beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our trip! We couldn’t have been more satisfied with everything. Condo was also very spacious and had absolutely everything we needed! (Just adding that the steps were a little rough since there were several flights so just be cautious if you have someone who struggles with stairs or walking)

Excellent location

We loved it. It was our first time staying in a condo on vacation- we had plenty of space and excellent views and a short walk to the beach! Wish there was an elevayor so we wouldnt have been out of breath everytime we had to make trips back and forth to the car. Talk about legs hurting from all the steps. We had fun tho. Had to rewash some dishes before using them because they were not clean (could have been from previous people staying).there was plenty to do and everyone was talking about how we should do this again.

Economical Thanksgiving destination!

We decided to celebrate a less traditional Thanksgiving this year, and we were grateful to find this beach condo with the advertised sunrise view just a short walk from gorgeous, deserted Carolina Beach. We accessed the beach itself easily from the public entry points and throughly enjoyed walking and shell seeking at low tide. Sleeping and cooking arrangements were ideal, especially for the price. The five of us baked pies, made fish tacos, used the on-site waffle maker, and enjoyed beach walks and a puzzle. Our only disappointment was not being able to watch movies and TV as a whole family in the very comfortable living area with the largest (but not connected, not smart) TV. There were smart TVs with access to streaming services in all 3 bedrooms, however. Heads up: the unit is a 3rd (4-story) floor walk-up, and the designated parking is pretty narrow. For serious cooking, you might want to bring your own knives and any special cookware. There is a Publix within a very short drive on the island, and a mini-mart and coffee shop just a few blocks' walk.

Our family has always enjoyed the beach and the times that we get to spend together at the beach with friends. When our son and daughter were in middle/high school they were very active in sports and school activities, which limited the amount of time we could use the unit. When their and our schedules allow we used the unit every opportunity that we had. After our youngest went to college we decided to move to the beach and lived in the condo from 2016 until August 2017. We have now bought a house on Pleasure Island and will use the condo as overflow for friends and family when it's not rented. As you can tell we love the area and now call it home.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

We love this location because it's an easy ride straight down I40E from Raleigh to Carolina Beach. We liked the views from the balconies which are great to sun on or relax in the evening and watch the sunsets. Our teenage kids enjoy bringing friends down and enjoying the beach. It's a nice family oriented beach and the kids come and go, between the beach and the pool as they like. The room with the 2 sets of bunk beds gives them convenient arrangement to bring friends.

The unit is 3 flights of steps from the beach with convenient beach storage located on the ground floor to store beach stuff. There is a full size pool with this property which we really enjoy. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes, pot & pans, and other utensils.
