Es ist sauber, gut gepflegt und durchgehend mit dem Strandthema dekoriert ~ mit einer Mischung aus herrlichen Strandfarben - und doch berührt - mit einem Touch des heute beliebtesten VINTAGE DECOR "SHABBY CHIC!"
Wie Sie Ihren Aufstieg auf den Treppenschacht, die Sie mir von den Winterwinde und des Sommers Hitze schützt, Sie scheinen zu vergessen, ein Ozean gibt es in der Nähe. Sobald Sie die Tür öffnen ... Once you get past the stair climb, the condo and its breathtaking view make up for it all! We loved that we could sit on the deck and watch fireworks! Very attentive host. Definitely would book again!

Great place to stay

The condo is beautiful, just like the pictures. Great view of the ocean. We had plenty of bath towels and kitchen had everything we needed. Julia is easy to get ahold of and responds quickly. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Excellent Condo Location

My family of 5 stayed for 4 nights. The condo was clean and exactly as advertised. The location is great and being on the top floor made for an excellent view of the ocean. Just be ready to climb the stairs. We all had a great time swimming, surfing, fishing, etc. The condo was cozy and perfect for us!

This property is exactly as described for Location, updates and cleanliness. Beautiful property, well stocked beach items. We like to cook as a family so the Kitchen could be a little better stocked with things like mixing bowl for pancakes or popcorn and other serving dishes. Overall my family had an amazing time!

we had an unfortunate situation with the AC when we checked in. Julia and her son did everything in their power to correct the issue including purchasing portable AC units to cool the condo. We were very much appreciative of all they did. The condo is very nice and location to the beach is fabulous. We still had a great stay even though the ac issue. Gold star to her!

Enjoyed our stay!

My 2 college-age daughters and I really enjoyed our stay. Very clean, updated, comfortable, great location, and excellent communication from the host. Julia sent several recommendations prior to our stay and we did one of the activities (the ferry to Southport) and had a great time. We love how everything in the unit was clearly labeled, but we especially appreciated the awesome beach chairs available - the best at any rental I've stayed at in the past. Awesome deck to watch the sunrise! We had a slight issue turning the showers on, but Julia called immediately and walked me through it - it was user error :). Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Carolina Beach Getaway

3 of us in the party - parents and adult daughter. We have stayed here before. Enjoy the location - between larger condo developments so a less crowded beach area. Appreciate having beach umbrella and chairs provided. Very comfortable and we have always had a good time. Definitely pay attention to the info about stairs. This is a 3rd floor walkup, no elevator. We don't mind but may be a consideration for some. Julia is an excellent host. We will definitely return.

The view from the deck was absolutely amazing! Spacious living area. Extremely close to the boardwalk and pier. If you wanted to leave your car parked you could definitely navigate by foot. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies. The only negative we would give is the pans…but I’m sure if they stocked non stick pans they would get ruined! This place is amazing and we will come back! The host is so sweet and easy to contact. Thanks for a great mini vacation!

This place is absolutely amazing! The host Julia was very communicative and accommodating to my wife and I for our entire stay. She is a great host which in my opinion is super important to know when renting. She checked in with us to make sure everything was perfect and showed a genuine caring nature about our stay and the apartment. Her caring showed in the condition of the unit itself as well. The unit was perfect, from the awesome views to the immaculate condition inside. This place is great! The parking is a little tight but 100% manageable. There are no "assigned" spots but even with one of the parking bays blocked off(2 less spaces) everyone in the building had a place to park, just a different place on the property each night. Before coming we looked at Wrightsville, Carolina main boardwalk area, here and Kure beach as possible travel locations. We are super happy we picked this location. It can't be beat. Direct access to the ocean, a nice tiki bar on the pier 2 minutes away(walking), under a mile walk to the main boardwalk, which we did several times on the beach and road. Beach was preferred as part of the trip has no sidewalk. We walk a lot so did take the beach to Kure as well, which was about 3.5 miles round trip. We also drove over to Wrightsville Beach just to look around. We feel fortunate to have chosen this location since we think it was the best of the four locations we had in mind.Oh, and did I mention Julia is great? :-D Highly recommended

Seas the Moment Memories

Our host was the most attentive person we have ever rented from! Seas the Moment was perfect for my small family. Everything was as represented in the ad. Everything was really clean. She checked on us multiple times and gave us good ideas of places to go for food and entertainment. I’m saving the absolute best for last. The view from our patio was absolutely amazing. I would say definitely book this spot for your next vacation in Carolina Beach.

My husband and I stayed here between Christmas and New Years. We were greeted with a bottle of wine, a bowl of candy and a nice note from the property owner. The place was immaculate. We had easy access to the beach and the pier where we had a drink and delicious burgers.We highly recommend this venue.

I moved to this area from Virginia in 2000 and first rented an apartment in Wrightsville Beach. I later bought this property in Carolina Beach and lived here for a year. During that time I was creating a beautiful simple & elegant coastal atmosphere in my many upgrades. Just to wake up and see the sun rise over the ocean was like a dream come true. Oh my goodness, at the end of the day, just to sit on my comfy living room sofa and to be mesmerized by watching the waves roll in and hearing the sound as they embrace the shore was an unbelievable joy. I love breathing in the salt air and hearing the happy sound of vacationers as they play on beach.

My goal is for all my guests to have the same joyful and relaxing experience as I have had. I appreciate that if there is something amiss that the guest lets me know as soon as possible. I strive to make this a place filled with wonderful memories where you'll want to come again and again.

I chose this neighborhood because it is far away enough from the large hotels that there's plenty of room to spread out your blanket and beach gear. It had that million dollar view! Its location is the perfect mix of staying in a quieter area but with a quick 15 minute walk up the beach you can be in the midst of the action on the boardwalk. On the boardwalk you will find great restaurants, entertainment & shopping. Try award winning Britt's Doughnuts during the high season!

Location, location, location. With a top floor end unit, this condo has a million dollar view. On the large deck, enjoy watching the sun rise with your cup of coffee or sit under the stars in the evening with a glass of wine. Feel the breeze. Smell the healing salt air. Listen as the waves tumble onto the shore. Breathe it in with all your senses & tuck it away in your memories. You'll think, "I want to come back here...".

There is a private walkway to the beach with lifeguard station #5 just to the right. Although it is located in a quiet area it is also within walking distance for great food, shopping and entertainment on the boardwalk. Since the condo has only six units you won't be waiting in long lines to shower off after a day in the sand and sun. You can enjoy alfresco family dinners overlooking the ocean at our outdoor space with the fun surfboard picnic table and charcoal grill.
