Perfect location! Great unit and super close to the beach. My family was able to walk to dinner and ice cream every night. Hosts answer any questions very quickly and was stocked with basic toiletries. Highly recommend this location for your family beach trip!

The place was wonderful! We loved having balcony views on both sides of the space, one seeing the pool and ocean with the other street side. The space was very clean. Having beach access right there was a dream having two littles. The building itself was quiet, meaning we didn’t have any loud neighbors so I felt that it was baby friendly if you have infants. Someone came every day to clean the pool which was also nice. We would definitely stay here again!

What a lovely and enjoyable stay we had! The ocean is viewable from the back deck and through the sliding porch doors while in the kitchen! The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and plenty of room for our family and doggie! Walking distance to the boardwalk- be sure to check out Cherry Blossom Sushi! The hosts were responsive and thoughtful! We’d stay again should we find ourselves back in CBNC!

This wasn’t such a great location! So easy to walk to shops and restaurants that even easier than closer to the beach! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, there were even some Ziploc bags and I’m assuming other guests had left behind and some Keurig pods, which was great! We left some as well. Would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to visit Carolina Beach. We had one adult and four kids on this trip

I stayed here for a month Jan/Feb 2026. I loved the unit and the location. Could walk to boardwalk and numerous restaurants and shops. You can stand at the kitchen sink, in the living room and on back patio and see the ocean. You can hear the waves of the door is open. Condo equipped with everything you could need. Beach chairs in great condition. Beds and sofa very comfortable.

Our experience at this beach condo was excellent. The unit was spotless, well-kept, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was ideal—close to the beach, restaurants, and shops—yet still peaceful and quiet. The fact that it’s dog-friendly made the trip even more enjoyable for our family. We were traveling with our 12 1/2 year-old golden retriever so this listing caught our eye. The outdoor area was spacious and perfect for morning coffee, and relaxing evenings. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed and the coffee bar was stocked with pods and filters, and plenty of mugs. While we did not use the washer and dryer, it was nice to know it was there just in case. The beds were comfortable and to our surprise, had box fans in both room bedrooms. Extra bedding was provided if needed. We enjoyed our three night stay and never moved our vehicle as everything we needed was within walking distance. We were very pleased with all of the amenities and extras touches throughout the unit. Highly recommend this condo and location.

The condo is beautifully maintained and very comfortable, with cozy furniture and a well-stocked kitchen that made it easy to relax and feel at home.The location couldn’t be more convenient—just steps from the beach and close to restaurants, shops, and attractions, yet still quiet and peaceful. Parking was easy, and check-in was smooth and hassle-free. We loved waking up to the sound of the ocean and enjoying morning coffee on the balcony.We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located beach getaway. The unit was so fresh and clean upon arrival. I could tell the cleaning personnel went above and beyond to create a welcoming "home like" atmosphere. Better stocked than any unit we've ever been in at CB! The parking under bldg was the easiest we've had in years. Having the 2 passes was very helpful as we came in 2 vehicles from separate places. Jeff and Jeremy were excellent communicators and hosts! We look forward to booking this unit again and again!
