Mistreated and scammed

Our family rents VRBO houses every year and we have never experienced such a disaster. The pictures of the property were photoshopped, construction workers everywhere, no one to help you onsite, cockroaches, no hot water, bug zapper inside the condo, large hole under the door and a broken safe. Told we had access to restaurants on site and tennis.. not true either. Threatening and non helpful comments from the host. Do not rent at Cana rockstar or from a host named Claudia Laso unless you want your vacation to be ruined.

Hello Michel! You forgot to mention that we gave you the chance to change you to another apt and you said no. Forgot to mention we change you everything you want it to be change. Also you forgot to mention that you are lying and you are the kind of guest that I don’t recommend anyone to host since your only objective is to take advantage and have some reimbursement as we did and Aldo you forgot to mention that as well. I know your type of people and should be shame of you . Anything you asked for we provide it to you. But you just wanted to take advantage. You have been tje worst guest we had by far and hope no to have here ever. Good luck to other hosts that in the near future can rent you a property without knowing the kind of people you are.
