Whether you come with your family, friends, significant other or alone, you are going to find that our charming apt in this beachfront complex with private beach access is the perfect place to spend some time in the white-sand beaches of Bavaro-Punta Cana. Equipped with all the essentials to guarantee maximum comfort and located only steps away from restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, golf courses and other tourist attractions, our place is a gem in paradise.

The apartment is located within the Playa Turquesa Ocean Club complex, an exclusive and unique beachfront residential property that has private access to the beach. The complex boasts beautiful gardens, pools for adults and children, on-site parking, a reception lobby, a beachfront restaurant/bar and direct access to a small convenience store, a pharmacy and multiple restaurants. The complex is under constant surveillance and we have security personnel 24/7.

The apartment is is comprised of one master bedroom with a bathroom, a second bedroom that has access to a second full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, washer/dryer, a large living room and dining area, a dedicated workspace, and a beautiful covered terrace with pool view.

The rooms have comfortable king size beds, ceiling fans, reading lights and ample closet space that includes hangers. In addition, we have a safe box in which you can keep your valuables and only you'll know the code.

The kitchen has plenty counter space, is fully equipped with a water dispenser, coffee machine, gas stove, microwave and large refrigerator/freezer to make your stay comfortable.

The living room has a comfortable sofa that converts into a queen size bed, a 55-inch flat-screen TV and it gets plenty of light during the day.

The dining area has a contemporary table that sits 6 comfortably.

The terrace is fully covered and it does not get direct exposure to sunlight; therefore, it's the perfect place to enjoy a bbq in the Charbroil grill or read a book while resting on our hammock...definitely our favorite part of the apartment!

***Electricity consumption is NOT INCLUDED in the price per night. You are responsible to pay for electricity consumption used during your stay.
You will be asked to leave a cash deposit for electricity consumption upon arrival. This deposit will be calculated based on the length of your stay, and we will communicate it with you when your booking is confirmed.
Upon arrival and departure, you will be shown the electricity meter reading, and upon check-out, the deposit will be applied towards the electricity consumption.
