Designed for comfort and ease, it’s fully equipped and just steps from restaurants, shops, golf, and local attractions—a peaceful haven by the sea where you can enjoy morning walks on the sand, gentle ocean breezes, and quiet evenings under the palms.
The apartment is located within Playa Turquesa Ocean Club, an exclusive beachfront residence offering private access to the pristine shores of Bavaro. The complex features beautifully landscaped gardens, pools for adults and children, on-site parking, a welcoming reception lobby, and a beachfront restaurant and bar. Guests also enjoy direct access to a convenience store, pharmacy, and several nearby restaurants. The property is monitored around the clock with 24/7 security personnel, ensuring peace of mind throughout your stay.
Our private beach area is lined with palapas and loungers reserved exclusively for owners and guests, offering a peaceful and comfortable place to relax by the turquoise sea.
The apartment features a spacious master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with access to a full guest bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a washer and dryer, a bright open-concept living and dining area, a dedicated workspace, and a covered terrace overlooking the pool. The space is bathed in abundant natural light throughout the day—without direct sun exposure—keeping it pleasantly cool while still beautifully illuminated, a rare combination in this complex. Unlike many rental units, this apartment feels truly like a home, filled with thoughtful details, lush plants, curated books, and personal touches that give it warmth and character.
Each bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king-size bed, ceiling fan, reading lights, and generous closet space. A safe deposit box is provided for your valuables, with a code known only to you. Three brand-new high-efficiency split air conditioning units ensure perfect comfort throughout the apartment.
The kitchen offers ample counter space and comes fully equipped with a water dispenser, gas stove, microwave, and a large refrigerator/freezer—plus two coffee machines, including a Nespresso for espresso lovers. Every detail has been designed to make your stay effortless and comfortable.
In the living room, a comfortable sofa bed converts into a queen-size bed and faces a 55-inch Samsung flat-screen TV, complemented by a Harman Kardon Bluetooth speaker and Amazon Alexa for voice-controlled convenience. The space is bright and airy, filled with natural light during the day.
The dining area features a modern table for six, ideal for relaxed meals or quiet evenings in.
The covered terrace remains shaded throughout the day, making it the perfect place to unwind. Enjoy a barbecue on the Char-Broil grill, read a book, or simply take in the tranquil pool view—this serene outdoor space is truly the heart of the home.

Electricity: Please note that electricity consumption is not included in the nightly rate. Electricity used during your stay will be charged separately and is payable in cash or via the app at check-out. This is a standard practice in the area. However, our unit is equipped with brand-new high-efficiency AC units, designed to keep you comfortable while helping minimize electricity costs should you decide to use them.
Guest Registration: For security purposes, all guests must register in advance by sending a copy of their passport or driver’s license. This allows us to complete the registration at the reception before your arrival. Guests cannot be admitted without prior registration.
A few days prior to your arrival, you’ll receive a personal access code to enter the apartment. For added convenience, there is also a lockbox with a physical key in case the digital keypad does not work. Your name will be registered for complex access, and you’ll receive a guest wristband that security uses to recognize residents.
Quiet Enjoyment: Playa Turquesa Ocean Club is a peaceful and relaxing community. Parties, loud noise, drugs, or illegal substances are not permitted.

We’re Kathia and Andre, high school sweethearts from Bolivia who now live in NYC. We love to travel and have always dreamed of having a home on the beach. We first came to the DR for a destination wedding in May 2021 and immediately fell in love with its beautiful beaches, relaxed vibe, excellent golfing opportunities, and endless outdoor activities. Shortly after, we purchased this home and now try to spend many weeks here each year. In 2025, we welcomed our first child, and we love spending time with him at the apartment—walking around the complex and, most importantly, enjoying the beach. We enjoy being hosts because it gives us the chance to help families create lasting memories at our little home, whether relaxing by the beach, enjoying the pool, or exploring all that this incredible area has to offer.
